Every apartment is responsible for the water bill they split it between the buildings we got disconnect notices to attached to every single one of our Apartments today saying the water will be turned off on Tuesday morning I called the water company because the landlord will not answer the phone or open the office door and the water company told me that the bill has not once been paid almost $14,000 is dueInitial Complaint

I live in apartments called The Flats ********************** I have a ten year old son that lives with me and we have not had AC since December 1st, 2021. My son is asthmatic, and the temperature in my apartment was 84 yesterday. It's going to get hotter. I have been to the front office and spoken to ***** at least 15 times. She always says someone will be out to fix it but only 3 times has someone come out and they always say they have to order a part and they will be back, but they never come back. (3 separate people). Nobody has come to try to fix it in over two months. They do not care. I pay $933/month rent and we have no AC. Please help!
