Placed a Queen *** frame order # ***** on 11/18/23, Email confirmation showed delivery address to my PO Box. I emailed the Company on 11/19/23 shown below:"I am closing on a new house 11/29/23. Can you please wait to ship so that it arrives after that date? Shipping address shows PO Box.I need it to be shipped to:88 ****** *********, ** ***** To arrive AFTER Nov 29th Thank you ********************* ************"On 11/20/23 @8:09am I received a response stating they do not hold orders but I can "cancel the order and order when you are ready"...On 11/21/23 @4:01 am I replied: "I cannot receive this shipment until 11/29/23 Please cancel this order. Thank you *****"On 11/21/23 @6:33am I received this from the company: "Hi *****,Per our shipping policy, found in on the *** section of our website, we do not hold orders. We receive hundreds of orders on the weekend and automatically ship them on Monday. Your order has shipped and we are unable to cancel or reroute it at this point.UPS will leave the packages at the front door if it is covered, so they should be there when you are ready.Thanks!Grant KD Frames"After giving me the option to cancel the order they went ahead and shipped the item.They used the updated shipping address but ignored my text about not being able to receive the item until after Nov 29th the day of closing on the property. I have disputed the charge on my credit card and asked the company to make this right. I received no response.Initial Complaint

I bought a bed and asked about the height of the legs. I was told I already bought 18" legs and could not buy higher ones. In the next email, I was told I COULD buy higher legs. When asked for clarification, I got no response. This has been going on for about a week now. I need an answer so I can decide to keep it or return it. They also refuse to tell me WHERE TO RETURN IT TO.
