On 1/26/2024, I went to Reddy Urgent Care in ********, ******* (*********************************************************). I was treated for an illness and was told my out of pocket cost was $115. I paid the $115 before leaving the office.On 1/30/2024, I received an email from my insurance ****************** and Blue Shield) stating that Reddy Urgent Care billed $198 and I was responsible for $115. The $115 was taken out from my HSA account. At this point, Reddy Urgent Care charged me $115 and then billed my insurance for the same $115, which was taken out of my HSA account.On 2/28/2024, I called Reddy Urgent care's ******** office to advise them of the situation. I was told that the refund would be processed and was given the number to billing.On 4/4/2024, still no refund. I called the billing department and spoke to ****. I was told that the problem couldn't be escalated to management until 90 days.On 5/28/2024, I called again and spoke to the same person (****) because I still haven't got the refund. I was told that the 90 days doesn't start until the billing company processes the refund, but it would be escalated to management. She also advised she has no idea how long it would take because Reddy Urgent Care uses a 3rd party to process payments.I have called Reddy Urgent Care multiple times and they are refusing to process my refund.On 5/28/2024, I have now notified my insurance and the bank that my credit card is through. My bank (Navy Federal) stated they would contact Reddy Urgent Care to give them a chance to respond to the now contested charge.Anthem ********** and Blue Shield advised they could not refund my HSA account, but would contact Reddy Urgent Care to see if that would help.I have attached my bank statement showing proof of payment and the insurance claim showing that Reddy Urgent Care charged my HSA for the same amount.The phone number for Reddy Urgent Care's billing department is *************).Initial Complaint

I have been waiting on a refund of $90 since 12/31/2022 when the office refused to take my insurance at the time of visit and made me pay $125 (cash). After multiple phone calls the insurance was filed and they paid on 3/17/2023. I have called the billing department of Reddy urgent care and they said it was sent to the home office clinic on 3/21/2023 where the refund could be issued. I have called and emailed and cannot get them to respond. All I want is my $90 back. It does not take 50 days to cut a check and mail it being they wanted their money up front and when they send a bill to you its due in 30 days. Acct *****
