Nawkaw stained a large retaining wall for ** in May 2019 at a cost of $3,925.20. The company advertises a 25-year warranty. We have had stain loss all along the top of our wall (sample photos attached) and began contacting the company over two months ago asking them to correct the problem (our first email contact taking place on May 4, 2022), and have since sent multiple emails, placed multiple phone calls, and left multiple answering machine messages about the warranty issue. Other than a couple of phone conversations, when somebody actually answered the phone, we have had no response/communication from the company, and certainly nothing in writing. We were told by an employee in a phone conversation on May 16, 2022, that our warranty claim would go before a committee; in the second phone conversation with the same employee, on June 9, 2022, we were told that it had gone before the committee and that the company president would be making the final decision about our warranty claim, but that the president was a "busy person." Nawkaw still has not gotten back with us on our claim or honored the advertised warranty.
