On Monday August 15, 2022 I had a 1pm appointment.I called the number and got a call center that scheduled the appointment. I asked for a foot doctor. She said *************************** see all types of injuries.Waited till about 2:15pm and wasnt seen. To my surprise *********************** is not a doctor. This was never disclosed and I discovered it after leaving the ********** location.Called back got call center again, lady scheduled me this time with a foot doctor. About 30 minutes later, I received a call from that same lady saying the foot doctor she scheduled me for at the ********** location could not see me in ********** because he only treats patients for injections at the ********** location. This makes no sense.The front office person and person taking patients back were unorganized, unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Young lady in medical scrubs was talking very loud, almost yelling.It was like an episode from **********. ************ person taking loudly on the phone discussing a personal matter.Kudos to X-ray technician for her professionalism.Worst experience Ive ever had at a doctors office and I travel all over the US. Lots of chaos and confusion.I dont know whats going on there but its apparent they do not want to be seen as a patient.Initial Complaint

I had to be seen at Athens Ortho urgent care on 6/13/2022. I do have insurance, and before they would see me, they verified my insurance in house at their facility and told me that my copay was $60 which correlates to a specialty copayment with my insurance. I had to have an MRI and when they called and verified it, they called me the day before and told me that my copay was $250. I paid both amounts in full the day of the visits. I then receive a surprise **** for $320 and I tried to speak with the business, and they are refusing to honor their mistake. I would like for them to honor the prices I was quoted by their staff after they verified my insurance. I have the receipts to show that I paid those amounts on those days.
