I bought a pool from this company in May 2021 fir $5,000. It took them 3 months to install when I was told it would be 2 weeks. The installer cut the liner too short when installing, and gave me instructions on how to care for the pool during the off season. Now I have a pool, with a liner that is too short, and cannot use my pool. I called the company to help me, even though he admits that his installer did not do the right thing, I have to spend another $600 to replace the liner to be able to use my pool. Admitting his employee did wrong, the owner is charging me to fix his mistake.

while we acknowledge that the line was actually cut to short , you chose to empty the pool to clean it and your liner as you stated pulled ways from the walls . How is this our fault. Athens pool & Spa sold you a viable pool package. The installer is NOT OUR EMPLOYEE. We do not install these pool kits . You hired and paid diirecty to the installer. . The installer told you after you told him you emptied the pool to clean it your ruined the liner from being reinstalled. Doughboy warranty clearly state do not empty the pool except by a qualified Doughboy dealer. I told you I would charge you our cost for the liner evidently this was not your choice based on you not calling me back after offering our cost and you chose this route to get some satisfaction.
