Its really a zero. I have sent several inquiries on my account and have received any responses. I paid them over 12k to help me with me taxes and now they have disappeared. This is not right.Review from Emmitt J

Alliance Tax Solutions has disappeared from sight with every ones money and they did this with out any notice. They have disconnected all the phone numbers and packed up the office on ************* Dr with no way to get in touch with them.Review from Dr. Regina B

Paid over 12K for personal and biz tax services. About 1/3 of what I paid for was completed. Phone numbers are disconnected. Emails go unanswered. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!Review from Theresa M

The business relationship started well, then suddenly there was no communication. All emails weren't being returned, no matter to which agent it was being sent and ALL phone numbers provided on the website and from personal contact were no longer in service. There was no communication that there had been a change; which left me vulnerable to collections and funds being deducted without services rendered in completion. I don't understand how the company vanishes, but all remnant of it (website) is still presenting as if still established.Review from CHERRYL S

I can't get in touch with them and I've been paying them a monthly fee to get my taxes reduced.No answers at phones, or to emails. Went to my IRS site and it was full of dire warnings about my non-tax payments, which I thought were getting taken care of. So I'm thinking I've been scammed, I paid them a lot of money and I'm sick.Review from Angela B

Horrible company! Do not waste your money. We lost $5200 before we realized this company is unreliable! There is a very high employee turn over rate. We had 5 or 6 different attorneys that were assigned to our case within the first nine months! Nothing was accomplished, they were too busy requesting documents over and over again trying to catch up where the previous attorney had left off. We requested a partial refund and ****** never even responded to our request. Watch out ****** is a fast talker and does very little to address concerns. SAVE YOUR MONEY!STAY AWAY!Review from Katherine B

Waste of money paid ***** and didn't do anything. Poor communication, Poor client relations , Poor follow up . Spoke with ***************************** and she sound good over the phone and made me believe they could help. Every time I spoke to someone I had to explain my case and someone new had my case I called they told me they were waiting on *** and when my last payment was taking out of my account than the next day they heard from the *** but my amount didn't go down. I could have paid that ***** to the *** and not this company.Review from Pamela J

7/2021 -I was clearly hoping for better. I always use small businesses to complete my taxes (I give people the opportunity to prove themselves worthy of my business/network). My regular tax person got COVID. In hindsight I should have known better. Professional sounding radio ads What you receive- Poor customer services, (take your money don't assign your case) Poor communication (client portal you can't send messages they just leave messages), Poor client relations ( had to call a remind someone to look at my case) and Poor follow up an I can go on. Oh! whose doing my taxes a CPA or a person trained to enter numbers ? Anyone reading this please believe what I say and find another tax company. Alliance Tax Solutions doesn't have your best interest at heart ,and they will ghost you. This has nothing do with the Pandemic it's greed. Don't let you money go down the drain. Take your business elsewhere. You have been warned
