I went to the airport two hours before I was supposed to board to go home on December 19, 2022 i went to the booth outside the airport and I told them I needed wheelchair assistance. The wonderful agent told me he was too busy and he could not help me, but that I can go inside, and somebody will help me. I talked to an agent inside and he told me he could not get me wheelchair assistance, but that I have two choices. I can either sit down and wait an hour for assistance or I can go through the line. I then told him I would like to speak to a supervisor and he said like I said you can sit down and wait an hour and will get you a supervisor . I decided to go to the line because I didnt want to miss my flight, after an hour I got up to the plane and I told them I needed wheelchair assistance. It took about 30 minutes for them to bring me a wheelchair and then they took me to a holding area, And then told the gentleman I needed to catch my flight. Im about to miss it. He said there was too many people, but that I could walk right? I told him yes he said well you can walk yourself up to the airplane yourself and go through security with the wheelchair. Itll be faster , with my shocked face I did it this nice lady helped me get to the airplane, but she had two wheelchairs to push herself so I still had to push myself to the airplane. When we get in the elevator, it was too small so she said if I can get in the elevator with a gentleman and push him out the elevator when we get up to the second floor and wait, did not ask the gentleman if he would be OK with me, pushing him out. We get into the elevator the gentleman and I and he got out the wheelchair himself and got himself out the elevator and sat him down self down I ran through the airport and as they were closing the door, I told them wait, and I ran to the airplane myself a really, really bad customer service I will not be taking ******************** again
