    ************* of a company. Just out looking to ruin people's days. I parked in a lined spot that they determined wasn't a parking spot. It should be illegal for the government to contract this work to a private company.

    Sent me a ticket at end of 2024 from 5/2023. When I called the agents werent pleasant and didnt want to help me with proof of ticket. When I went online it said the ticket was too old to show proof. So I have no recourse. I believe they are lying about me owing this ticket as if I had a ticket I wouldnt be able to renew my tags for 2 years straight.

    Completely one sided arrangement. Have a cashier at ***************. Ready to take money. Not ready to address appeal process when ticket issued in error. Called only to be told my only recourse is to communicate with their website which will show an update to my citation. They always had a way of posting a summons on that site. Instead went the way of saying they sent a summons which wasnt answered and the case was resolved by lack of appearance. Can always allow a refile or a new court date but choose the only recourse is to pay route.

    I recently received a letter from Atl Plus claiming that I owe $95 for a ticket, despite the fact that my vehicle was not present at the location in question. This raises serious doubts about the legitimacy of their claims and suggests that Atl Plus may be running a scam. I am relieved that I did not pay this ticket, as it appears to be a fraudulent attempt to extract money from unsuspecting individuals. It's crucial to remain vigilant and question any unexpected charges like this one.

    Wow these people have no idea what they are doing. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Writing invalid tickets, booting cars outside of their jurisdiction, etc. theyre just wasting their own time. Writing tickets and booting cars that ultimately get appealed since their bogus. I received a parking ticket that I have been trying to appeal, but the ticket hasnt been entered into the system. The customer service agent said it takes them over a year to get the tickets entered into the system. They give you 14 days to pay the ticket from the time it is entered, so there is no way of knowing when you can appeal your ticket or even pay your ticket without checking the website every week for the next year. ATLplus is the biggest scam of a company and shame on the City of Atlanta for continuing to put up with this nonsense company.

    In my experience, the representative gave me false information stating that I had until a certain date to pay for my parking citation. There was a typo with my license plate and the ticket was reduced back to $35. A month later in the mail I received another letter informing me that there was a penalty/ fee and it increased to $60. The previous representative failed to give the correct due date and I had no idea because I never received an actual citation since I actually paid for parking using the weblink on my phone. I believe the representative did not go to the extent to actually resolve the discrepancy she basically asked me to take her word for it which is not only unprofessional but also unhelpful.

    We had a problem with people parking illegally that made exiting our neighborhood difficult and unsafe. They were parked directly in front of multiple no parking signs. After filing a report ATL+ was out within an hour and had ticketed the offending cars. Great service and they solved our problem.

    In August 2023, I had a boot on my vehicle improperly placed. ******************** and **************** of ATL + were instrumental over several months in getting me my refund. Without their support, I may not have received the check. Awesome service on their end.
