    I was charged $31.53 for five months for charges that I did not authorize a subscription. I did not authorize for a company that I have neverheard of and then when I called that you should a refund for one month but I did not purchase anything from them. I have no idea what do or sell then I was told they value items which would be the most ridiculous thing I would ever purchase, especially when I can lookup the same thing on ****** for free. I only wanted my money back. Now I have to trying to figure out how that happened and the fact that theyre so unreasonable, I couldnt even stand talking to the woman who refused to do anything, but give me an attitude

    Our records show that a subscription linked to the email address ********************* was created on November 9, 2024. Each subscription includes a free trial with 7 lookups or 7 days, whichever comes first. Upon signup, a welcome email was sent to the address on file on 11/9/24 as well. The welcome email is titled "Thanks for Signing Up" that details the subscription and provides our customer care contact information. The subscription automatically activated after the 7-day trial period on 11/16/24. During your subscription period, we were able to find sports memorabilia that was researched in both February and January of 2025. 


    While our records don't show a cancellation until a call was placed to our team on 3/17/25, we understand that some confusion can happen and have provided an additional refund on 3/24/25. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any other questions.

    I signed up for this service with the 7 day free trial I didn't want to get a Bunch of Spam mail so I used the profile alias "*** ****". This program advertises like it is an appraisal tool on a professional level. However after looking around for about 2.5 hours it was mostly **** sales of reproductions. Now that was NOT what I thought it was No Problem that's what the free trial was. I within 3 hours of signing up went into my account and cancelled subscription. Thought that was the end of it. I snapped a picture of the page that said that your subscription has been cancelled. I thought that was the end of it. I do not monitor my bank account well it is a bad habit. Anyways I noticed MONTHS later that they were billing me like $38 and some change every month for the better part of a year. I logged on and did the same thing cancelled my account took a picture logged out and logged in the next day and again it was not cancelled! The company has not returned my Emails or Calls. looking at the reviews and my personal experience I truly believe that this is a scam company. They will not let you cancel. I expect a full refund that I do not think they will give. Now I am going to have to call my bank and have them reverse the charges which is a hassle because my debit card numbers will change. I have a lawyer on Staff with my company I think I am going to pursue legal charges against them and go after Punitive damages perhaps that is what it will take to get them to stop stealing from people. The amount of people that have had this same issue I am Tuesday going to contact the **** and see if they will get involved and shut these scammers down.

Upon signup, you should've received a welcome email titled "Thanks for Signing Up" that details the subscription and provides our customer care contact information. The subscription automatically activated after the 7-day trial period on May 11, 2024.


    While our records don't show an unsubscribe until January 18, 2025. If you have the screenshots you mentioned, please forward them to our customer care email at *********************************** We'll be happy to investigate further upon receiving them.

    I realized that I had four WorthPoint (****************************************************************************************************************5750) charges for $28.99, after reviewing our credit card. I have no idea what these charges are for. I did not knowingly sign up for this service. When I called the company on Mon, 12/2/2024, the customer service representative at ********************** said she could credit only one month, then surprisingly was able to credit a second month (to appease me?), but said I had to call my bank/credit card about the August and September $28.99 charges. I do see one email from WorthPoint on 8/21/2024 (which I missed, due to this being a retail (non-primary) email however, the email does not have an account number on itjust my name and email. No successive emails were received in Sept, Oct, or Nov about the service, or to confirm the $28.99 charges. I feel that this company and theirservice is fraudulent, sneaky, and predatory about their charges, the account, and resolution to removing charges.

    We investigated the account associated with the case and saw that a subscription was created with the email address ********************* on 08/21/24 for the Price Guide Premium. The Price Guide Premium subscription comes with a free trial, which is 7 lookups or 7 days, whichever comes first. After the trial, the subscription is activated. The free trial was completed on 08/28/24 and activated. 


    The parameters of a customers billing and subscriptions are outlined in the introductory Thanks for Signing Up email that is sent to all subscribers. The Thanks email also provides details of cancellation options, and the breakdown of the monthly or annual recurring charge for the subscription that was chosen by the customer. Your Thanks email was sent on 8/21/24. WorthPoint provides invoices via email on a request basis. Our customers can always contact us to gain their invoices via phone or email. 


    We were able to provide a two month courtesy refund for your troubles via phone on 12/2/24. We apologize for the inconvenience and please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.

    The prices are outdated. The newest price is from 2022. I have tried to contact owner of Worthpoint . But no one returns email or call.

    Every item that I look up shows price from 2003. I search all types of things Furniture, books, clocks, lamps, toys, uranium glass, cut glass, vintage radios, vintage cameras, trunks, toys, comic books, signs..

     I have requested someone to call other than customer service but no one does.

    I am less than an hour from their office. The owner needs to pay me a visit in *********. I am the largest real antique store in *********

    Additionally, if you would like to request a refund, it would require the user to request it via apple pay.

    -Subscriptions
    -WorthPoint

    This company offers a free trial, which is great. Once you download the app and get logged into the app, the app does not off a way to cancel your subscription. A customer should be able to manage your subscription via the app without going to another platform. This is slimy. I emailed the company to ask what other platform I should cancel my subscription and no response. Id want to cancel my subscription.

    It looks like you signed up for a subscription on July 4th, 2024. Each WorthPoint web subscription includes a free trial, which lasts for either 7 lookups or 7 days, whichever you use first. Unfortunately, these free trials only apply to the website and don't transfer over to the WorthPoint app yet. We understand how frustrating that might be!
    We've canceled your subscription as you requested via email on July 15th, 2024.

    I signed up for a Worth point subscription in 2022 and was not happy with the results of the subscription. It gave the same information that could be obtained with ****** lens. I tried to cancel subscription multiple times but was continuously was told that I had to use the device that I originally signed up on, which I did not have access to. I also looked back on my bank statements, and along with the $26.99 ( which was the agreed upon subscription rate), I was charged an additional $42.99, and I have yet to a certain what this charge is for. I am very unhappy with the company, I finally got this subscription canceled 2024. I still have heard no response regarding the additional monthly charges and would like all that money refunded. I think they intentionally make it almost impossible to cancel these subscriptions so they can continue charging for services not used should be illegal

    The email provided ************************ was not associated with an account in our system. However by looking up your name, we were able to recover a subscription associated with the email address ********************** The account was created on 9/27/2021. The free trial, which is associated with every subscription, was 7 lookups or 7 days, whichever comes first. The subscription was activated the day it was created on 9/27/21. The account remained active until its cancellation via email request sent to our support team on April 28, 2024.

     


    The request to cancel, per our records, was the only email that we have received from the email address ************************ We replied that we were able to find an account with the email address ********************* on 4/30/24, and provided a refund. We understand that there may have been some confusion as to what account the subscription was associated with, however our team has and will always be ready to assist via email or phone if any concerns arise. We provided an additional refund for the confusion on 5/30/24. 

     


    We found no other correspondence from either email address with the exception of the request to cancel on 4/28/24. If another request was sent via another email address please feel free to send us the email address they were sent from to *********************************** and well be happy to search. Additionally, you made an assertion that another charge of ***** was executed as well. We are happy to investigate this charge, as we dont see this charge associated with the subscription associated with this complaint.

    We found two accounts associated with the same name and mailing address, and were able to find the active subscription associated with *********************. 
    The active account has had a monthly subscription to the Price Guide Premium since 8/27/23. It was created via a customer care call on the same date. The monthly charges of ***** were drafted until 4/27/24, when the card on file was declined. 


    Per our records, we were able to deduce that the system canceled the subscription due to non-payment on 4/29/24. On 4/30/24 a new subscription All Access was created. It is ***** per month. Both the outstanding balance of ***** and the new charge of ***** were drafted on 4/30/24.


    We are gathering from this complaint that the user may have been trying to set up the account with the original subscription of the Price Guide Premium for ***** monthly. We canceled the All Access subscription, refunded both charges, and set the user back up with the Price Guide Premium subscription.

    I started a free 7 day trial to view prices on December 30, 2023. I was nervous about the sight to start which was apparently for good reason. My name is ***********************, I put ********* because I didnt want to give my name out. After signing up by immediately went to look at an items price and somehow was upgraded and charged $27.99 the next day. I was not at all aware I was going to be charged and I still wasnt even able to see any prices. I reached out to worthpoint the same day and still Ive had no response or contact whatsoever. I feel like I got scammed. I would like a full refund in my account canceled permanently.

    I own an original piece of framed 19th century art which I photographed in a unique setting in my home. I sent the photographs electronically to two internationally known auction houses a couple of years ago. Several months later when researching the piece, I found that my picture had been posted exactly as I had photographed it in my home by someone trying to sell it on ***** It is now for sale by this corporation, but they say they cant tell if it is a print or not so, offer to sell it without the frame, which appears damaged. (Its not, in its in perfect condition.) On their website the left side of the frame has been obviously digitally altered to show damage & they display the painting as if on grass. The back of some frame they show as being for this piece of art has a hole in it. My original does not. Im assuming they take pictures of items they see on the internet, such as mine, crop them to alter them a bit, and try to sell a pirated, inferior product to unsuspecting people. My painting is called the Old ************* by ***** *********************. Dont buy it. Its not theirs to sell. These people are committing fraud.

    WorthPoint does not buy or sell any item that is found on our site. We are an online price guide where our users subscribe to see historical sales data. WorthPoint receives historical listings from our partnered auction houses that sold the item you are referring to. It sounds like an image was used for the listing you are describing that *** have not been their own. 

    In order to protect everyones security, the buyer and seller information is removed before the listings arrive to our site. We own no copyright claim to the items that are transferred into our database from the auction house, therefore we are unable to alter, update, or make changes to any listing. A possible resolution is we can remove the listing from the site, but we would have to speak with you directly in order to gather all details.
