This complaint is being submitted to bring attention to the numerous issues and ongoing problems that my family and I have experienced during our tenure as residents.First and foremost, we have been dealing with a severe and persistent mold infestation in our apartment. Despite reporting this issue multiple times, there has been a complete lack of urgency in addressing the matter. Black mold poses significant health risks to myself and my family, and it is alarming that their management has not taken immediate action to rectify this hazardous condition.Furthermore, we have been subjected to unexpected and erroneous fees. The management demonstrates a complete disregard for transparency and fairness in their financial dealings with tenants. Additionally, their accounting practices are highly questionable, as they have failed to accurately calculate outstanding balances & charged us for services that were not provided.They have also shown a lack of responsibility and concern for the safety of residents. There have been numerous incidents of car break-ins. Despite reporting this, the management has failed to take any measures to enhance security or provide assistance to affected residents. In fact, when we were robbed on the property, inside our home, the management neglected to cooperate with the police investigation by withholding the surveillance footage that could have assisted in identifying the perpetrators.It is my belief that the aforementioned issues, along with various other concerns, illustrate a consistent pattern of negligence and misconduct on the part of Camden. The lack of response and accountability demonstrated by the management is inexcusable and puts the well-being and safety of the residents at risk. We believe that the actions of this apartment complex warrant serious attention and appropriate consequences. We hope that the BBB will take the necessary steps to protect future tenants from similar potentially hazardous living conditions.
