Re: Dear Camden ******************* Team,I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to address a significant issue that has arisen due to the recent Wi-Fi system outage in our building. The Wi-Fi system Has experiencing downtime, causing disruption to my ability to use my app effectively. Consequently, I encountered glitches preventing me from making a timely payment for my rent, which was due on May 4th. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter promptly, I was unable to access the office on Saturday, May 4th, and Monday, May 6th, to submit my full balance money order in person, as the office was unattended on both occasions. In light of these circumstances, I kindly request your understanding and cooperation in waiving the late fee associated with my rent payment. Additionally, I am prepared to bring the money orders to the office today by 2pm to ensure the immediate resolution of this issue. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
