Stayed here for almost three years and it is the absolute worse toxic dump. Maintenance is horrible. The staff is horrible. The management is frauds. They dont care about their tenants. My apartment flooded three times, the toilet leaked everyday, it is full of mold, bugs, snakes. The property manager **** is a snake, dont ever trust him or no one else. They get away with everything. To make matters worse, the judge lets them. Corporate is horrible too. They are definitely paying people to get away and get off. This property needs to be sued, shut down, everyone there, especially **** needs to be in jail because the put my life and health in jeopardy. I had been sick on and off for almost a year due to the horrible living conditions. Do not let these fake reviews fool you. They know whats going on, they dont care. I hate this place!! The staff is horrible and they can never keep any staff. The property manager is fake and phony. I had been disrespected by this maintenance guy, they didnt do anything about it. Back in September 2023 before moving out, I was told that I owed $1066.00 and that was that because they claimed they would let me out of my lease due to how I had been living. I received an email too. However, months later they saying $8534.00 which is a lie and now its on my credit report. I want that removed from my credit report.Initial Complaint

My problem is I have only been living in this apartment since february 2024 and there have been many issues. Flooding under kitchen sink, flooding in the boiler closet which is dangerous due to the electrical stuff. Mold on the windows. I have called the office numerous times with no answer. I have called the emergency line and they say they will come and only come to vacuum water but not fix anything. I have gone to the office and all they say is someone will come out and dont. Also i am paying $90 for a bulk package internet/cable that I have emailed and gone in person to the office about getting help to install it and nobody comes out. That is $90 for a service that I am currently not using and nobody has come out to help install. Also the lady from the apartment above constantly throwing water from her porch falling to the bottom of my home is definitely no help at all. Thats just more water. I have enough video and proof to also call code enforcement. In total i am paying $1450 a month in rent and that varies due to water bill. I need an apartment transfer or something done Asap. When people go into the office they are absolutely rude to people and think thats acceptable. I chose to live in this complex but i did not chose to have my concerns ignored. Fix the problem or transfer me to a new apartment. How much more flooding for a small one bedroom apartment is beyond me and paying for services that no one is helping install. I understand that there are contracts but the office and their staff need to do their part.Initial Complaint

This apartment is mold, ***** and rat infested. The office refused to do anything about the mold in my apartment causing me to move out before my lease was up due to health complications of living in the apartment with the mold. The office never answers the phone and maintenance does nothing. Over 6 months of telling them and showing them photographic evidence that mold is coming through the a/c unit and they only once sent a man out who did nothing but advised me to clean everything with bleach. He said he would send his people out to check the mold. No one ever came. I saw him as I was moving out and he said the office said they would handle it. Never heard another word. I advised the office I had to move out two months before my lease was up because I didnt want to end up dead from living in an uninhabitable apartment via email and letter delivered to the office with the keys. Never heard a word from them. Received a collection letter last week demanding $1759.93 for remaining rent (good luck with that, see you slumlords in court). I had to get rid of over $1,800.00 worth of damaged personal belongings due to the mold damage, so as I see it we are even.Initial Complaint

I applied for an apartment in August. My application was accepted. I paid $300 for the application and administrative fees. The company kept on changing the move in date so I had to cancel because I had to move from the place where I was staying at a certain time. When I initially applied to Dunwoody Glen, the date that was originally published on their website as the move in date aligned with the time I had to leave my then current apartment. I canceled my application the last week of August. It is now November 1, 2022 and I still havent got my refund. I spoke with a leasing agent and manager multiple times but I keep getting the runaround. I called the corporate office but no one has gotten back to me. I need my full refund of $300 but they are telling me that Ill only get $250 back because $50 was for the background check. I told them that I should not be the one to stand a loss because it is not my fault that they were tacky and could not uphold the move in date. I asking kindly if someone could assist me with this issue because Im tired of calling and getting no response. Thanks!Initial Complaint

Ive been living in Dunwoody glen apartments for a couple years now , and sometime last year the apartments were bought by another company, ever since they havent been keeping up with maintenance I have many issues, from not having electricity in my basement where my daughter lives with her family, I also have a toilet that leaks and doesnt work, our stovetop blew up twice and all they did was change the top, I cant use the dishwasher because it leaks, The ** doesnt cool down the house because the air ducts need to be cleaned out, he also believe the air ducts have mold in it because my grandkids went to the hospital for breathing problems, and they were told they had inflammation from mold, it not fair that I gotta deal with all this and I pay my rent on time every single month and They are not keeping up with their obligations as stated in the least.Initial Complaint

1. On 02/15/2022 I filed an application to lease an apartment. The fees were as follows $50 Application Fee $250 Admin Fee 2. I have emailed and called the leasing office numerous times for an update. They will not return my call. The Manager will not return my emails. I have had to seek housing somewhere else due to the non communication. 3. I am forced to believe that there was never an apartment available, or they accept all applications in order to receive the $250 admin fee. I have no doubt this is equivalent to a scam. There has been more then enough time to approve or deny an application and to inform me of the decision.4. ******************************* is the property manager and I have tried to reach her via phone and email over 10 times since March 1st. No replies at all. When someone answers the phone they simply say "****** has your file and is working on it".5. There is no where on there web page to withdraw an application for a refund of the admin fees.
