On October 18/2021 my insurance company emailed my coverage plan regarding proof of rental coverage to the apartment leasing office where I reside. This information was sent to them to show I Have rental coverage from 11/2021 through 11/2022. I also provided them with a copy of the rental insurance coverage. The apartment management added their own insurance and added extra $35 charge to my rent for the months of December 2021 and January, 2022 along with late fees for these amounts which is now a total of $105.00. I have written to them several times through letter and emails regarding removing the $105 from my account because I do not owe it. They also agreed I do not owe it however to this date the $105 is still sitting on my account that I owe this money. I also tried to contact the corporate office three times, and no one has returned my call. I have been trying to get this issue resolve since 01/04/2022 and it has not been resolved. I think what this ****************** is trying to do is get tenants to purchase rental insurance through their vendor.
