This is my 3rd time contacting you all about mold in my apartment. Ive been living with it since April 17th and i moved here March 27th. The manager is very rude and Not helpful at all. They always make it seem like Im the problem. Ive been trying to get this problem resolved and they come and try to quick fix things. I want them to completely remove all things mold in my apartment and to stop painting over it.Initial Complaint

Ive reached out to you all before about mold growing in my apartment from a leak in my wall. Me and my roommate noticed that it was mold on April 17th, we had just moved into our apartment on March 28th. We reached out to the office about this the same day On top of other things wrong we told them to focus on the mold. They finally got a plumber to come and stop the leak in our wall at the end of May. The plumber cut big holes in the wall and covered them with black trash bags. We have been trying to get in touch with the office to come and remove the mold and repair the walls but theyve yet to reach out to us. My clothes are starting to smell of mold, the house is smelly sometimes, the pipes in the wall are loud and i am very uncomfortable in my home. I would love if you all can help this getting settled from once and for all.Initial Complaint

I relocated to Georgia March 27th 2022, everyone in the leasing office is unprofessional. Ive been calling them since I moved in about things wrong with my apartment and they always find a way to make it seem like Im the problem. I noticed a ***** spot on one of my base boards and as time went on i noticed that it was mildew. I called the office on April 17th which was a Sunday, they told me that they would send someone out the next available business day. I called later that week they said they would get on it to make sure someone came to look at it. No one came until April 26th he took pictures and told me that they would send a specialist out. I called again Monday, May 2nd 2022 and they told me my work order for the mildew is still pending. It seems that Im having respiratory issues and Im having bad headaches. Ive been hung up on twice I desperately need help my home is starting to smell and they seem not to care. I have no family here and my back is against the wall.
