      My Whirlpool refrigerators ice maker began making rust colored ice cubes. I researched **** and Legit Fix was recommended. I set up an appointment. ***** appeared on time. Seemed to know what he was talking about. He took my non-working ice maker. I gave him an advance on my credit card of $178.00 on Jan 3., 2023 for a new ice maker. He assured me he would get the new part, return in a week and install it. After a week, he never returned, never returned phone calls, never answered text s, etc. I am not the only one who has had this problem with his company. Other reviewers have had the same issue. out of desperation I have hired a licensed, factory approved appliance repair company. I posted a review on the website. NEVER PREPAY FOR ANY SERVICE PROVIDER.

      This customer paid for the ice maker **********************. I advocated the customer the part would arrive in 7 days and I would come out to repair. I reached out once part arrived to set up repair appointment. I received no answer or call back from customer. I also emailed customer to confirm part arrived.

      ***** is a scam artist.4/4/2022 ***** came to fix our dryer. He told me the belt was broken and needed replacing. ($125) he also said the dryer needed to be maintenanced (additional $100). We agreed. He fixed and left.Later that day the dryer stopped working before the first load finished. Contacted ***** to come back 4/6/2022.4/6/2022 he stated a fuse had blown. I said we would not pay for an issue that he caused after doing electrical work. He said it was not his fault, but he would give us the fuse for free but we would have to pay labor. We agreed. He would come back 4/10/2022 when we return from vacation at 1 pm.4/10/2022 12:30 I texted ***** to tell me when hes coming because we have a sleeping infant. (No answer) 1:15 I texted again. 1:30 he stated he was running behind and will text me 30 minutes ahead of time. 2:53 I texted asking roughly what time. (No answer) 3:30 I texted and calling. (No answer). 3:45 he said we were on his list to come and he couldnt answer the phone. (He was on the phone the entire time he worked at our house both times.)I asked what time then would he be there. (No response and never showed up).4/11 had to hire another company. The new company showed us the belt was never replaced, the dryer was not maintenanced, and wires were not plugged in.***** ripped us off, said he was replacing things and didnt.

      This customer is completely false. This job was done over a year ago and was already taken care of. I went out to the home to assess the dryer and noticed the belt was definitely broken. The unit was already 15+ years old and had more failures to it. I explained the failures and labor cost and customer refused. Regardless of the continued work done every customer is responsible for a service call free. Its not free to diagnose a unit.
