I ordered the Cadlink Bundle Purchase on February 19, 2024. This bundle including an hour and a half Zoom meeting to assist with product set up and basic questions. I requested a refund of $105 which is the Zoom meeting portion as I set up the meeting according to the directions provided by the business via email/ The meeting was scheduled for March 29, 2024 at 4:30 pm Eastern Standard Time. The owner of Highly Flavored is *********************************** and was to be the host of the Zoom meeting. I wait from 4:30 pm EST to 6 pm EST. The owner of Highly Flavored, *********************************** never showed up for the Zoom meeting. I sent two emails during the time I waited for the host and I did not receive a reply until 5:47 pm stating he sent an email saying he would not be able to make the meeting. He never provided the email with the ************* showing he sent an email stating he needed to reschedule. I received every email from ************************ except the that one. I received Three emails and three texts confirming the Zoom meeting up until 4:30 pm EST on 3/29/24. This meeting was scheduled via the owner's business calendar which you click a link and it goes directly to the owner's calendar. I chose a date and time that was a free slot. I am requesting a refund of the $105 which would be the portion for the Zoom call from the Cadlink Bundle Purchase. The owner has continued to show he has no regard for the consumer and is trying to keep the money without performing the duties. The owner did offer to do another Zoom call at a different time after I already waited for the call on the specific date and time that was requested and approved by the owner. I do not want anything further to do with this business and out of the $639.99 dollars spend on the bundle I am requesting a refund of $105 that would have been for the Zoom call portion offered within the bundle.I have included screenshots of the time I waiting on the Zoom call and the actually time is on the screenshots also Thank you
