      Paid for service's back in 2020. Services was a single deal contract single deal. I was to record three songs which I did. The contract provided photo shoots, social media marketing, cover art .and other services. I never received social media marketing in IG , ******** as contract states. I even did my own cover art. When came time for next 2 songs to be released I was told license was loss. Then when called them out I was told I heard wrong the song need 2 be in different tier. I need refund or the 2 songs to be released like agreed. Mind you at beginning of my 1 st release with them I was told if I wonted to I could release all3 songs. Now it's something else. I've been patient for 2 year's while dropping other music. 2 year's now speaking about it should tell you something. Your word is everything. The industry. Lie after lie

      Im replying to this as advised even though the client who wrote the review reached out to BBB to withdraw his claim. He was told that once a claim has been submitted theres no way to remove it. 

      The client (************************* aka **** tha g) who I will refer to as Slay, has contacted me 2 times about his concern regarding his understanding on our agreement pertaining to the release license. Each time I explained in detail how the process works according to his agreement with us. 

      We offer clients who select the option to make monthly payments to pay for selected services. During this process, we use a communication app to keep an open flow of communication. Slays claim is that we have not completed the services he paid for which is incorrect. We have completed all services listed according to the invoice. 

      Slays package included the following: 1 release license for the ********************, which is a single deal that also includes: 8 hours of studio time (to record as many songs as he chooses), 1 mix, 1 mastering and 1 graphic design. 

      We have completed ALL listed services upon his request without delay. His misunderstanding was the amount of completed songs to be released under this single deal package. Single deal means, ONE Song.  Slay asked if he could release all songs at the same time and was told yes but the songs would need to be mixed, mastered along with the purchase of a release license.  We sent him 10 instrumentals from our catalog that he selected to write to. When he booked his studio time, he came prepared to record 3 songs. He received a reference copy of all the songs recorded and selected which of the 3 songs to be mixed and mastered and apply the release license to. Any delay on the paid services were not due to us. We were ready to proceed as he requested every time. 

      DETAILS OF HIS CLAIM:
      Paid for service back in 2020
      Reply: His service started on September 4, 2020. He was on a monthly payment plan. We provide services according to the amount that has been paid. We do not advance services until the amount has been paid. His balance wasnt paid until August 12, 2021. He approved the distribution on September 20, 2022. By this point all services included on the invoice were completed. (see attached screen shot)

      A photo shoot was originally on the statement but removed after his request. 

      Marketing services were never included. 

      Something about a tier was mentioned but we dont have anything with our services dealing with a tier. 

      He was never told we lost a license. He was told he must pay for a license. 


      Other services mentioned in his dispute were not included in his package. As for the graphics, we provided the product and he approved it on March 26, 2021, then decided to go a different direction with the graphics. 

      He contacted us in March requesting the invoice to get the mixing and mastering done which we sent along with the release license fee. We never got a reply until this dispute.

      Proof of everything is in the attached screen shots of our conversation. See the highlights that pertain to his claim.  

      The only resolution to this dispute is for him to pay for the services not included in his paid SINGLE deal package.

      Out of those three songs recorded with Csp only one song was release by me slayer Tha G "superbad". My other 2 songs has yet to be released. I was told my one song titled "*************************" didn't have a license. Then I was told it needed a different tier for mixing. When I contacted company to pay for this mixing I hadn't heard anything back. Check the messages attached. Me and the company talked and he did state they can release it depending on the outcome going forward. I just won't the 2 songs release with them. Title "*************************" and "Lean her over"

      We have sent the client an invoice twice to pay for the licenses which includes the release services. We have not gotten a response. We have also attempted to communicate with the client on our app, he has yet to respond. All he has to do as originally requested is pay for the service hes requesting. We cannot move forward until the balance due for the additional services are paid.
