On Feb 20th 2022 I purchased a street legal kit for my 2021 RZR XP pro for $799.00 that was listed as in stock and available. It's now almost 4 months later and I have not received it and the business will not return my calls or respond to emails. They never provided me with any conformation of shipping and or tracking information.Initial Complaint

On March 28 2022 I purchased a set of tender springs for my RZR from the RZR division website. The set cost $319.90. order number ****. It has been 22 days since I ordered and have had no contact from the company since. I have tried multiple times to call and emailed twice. ******** messenger them also. I'm finding out that I'm not the only one this has happened to. I wish the would shut the website down till the can properly provide products for the paying customer. Not just take my money and run. They seem to have an active ******** account and uploading photos. It appears to lead people to think they are open for business.Initial Complaint

On Feb 4th, I paid RZR Division in ******* ** for tender springs for my Polaris rzr. They showed to be "in stock" and that they would ship within 2 to 6 days. (As of today, they are still advertised in the same manner). It has been over 2 months now and I still haven't recieved my springs. I have attempted to contact them close to 20 times now via email and phone calls (leaving detailed voicemails every time) and can not get a response. They responded twice, once after posting a bad review on ****** stating that they would refund my money if I wanted, all I needed to do was to reach out via email. At that point, I emailed them again, this was email number 7 or 8 by then. They actally responded this time asking for the order number so that "they could look in to it". They also stated that springs are taking 4 to 6 weeks to ship "due to covid". They could have simply looked at the original email in a massive string of emails, the order number was in the subject heading. They simply chose not to look. I quickly responded with the order number anyways and since then, have yet to hear back like usual. This business is scamming people out of there hard earned money and it needs to be dealt with. After my ordeal, I started looking at reviews and forums and apparently, I am only one of many, many people in this situation. I should have done my research before sending them money but I was excited that they showed the springs "in stock" when everybody else is showed "back ordered". So here I am, months later, no parts and no idea when or if I'll even get them.Initial Complaint

Business stated that merchandise was in stock, shipped within days. Once we payed they stopped answering phone calls and messages. Received one message stating he would call me next day. On 12/15/21 order placed for RZR PRO XP "Low Motion" SHORTY CAGE 1 RZR PRO-XP (4-SEATER) 2020-2021 / RAW (non-powdercoat). My husband spoke to Fess that night and provided our heights as requested to build the cage. The next day, my husband spoke to Fess again to confirm receipt of credit card payment of $2,000.00, they talked for almost an hour just discussing Rzr stuff and he told my husband that the cage will be ready in 30 days(since it was already in stock, just needed to build according to our heights.) My husband called On 01/13/22 and every day since , to follow up on the progress of the cage, leaving messages to return call with no response. I emailed rzr division on 01/15/22 with no response. On 01/21/22 I called and left a message for them to return my call, no response as of today. I attempted to chat with someone thru ******** with no response on 01/26/22. I emailed again, today 01/27/22 asked someone to call me today or I will be taking other actions to get a refund. No response. The money has been taking from my credit card on 12/20/21 to be exact.
