      I started my policy with mile auto feb 27th April 8 I called in a claim due to something on The expressway striking my oil pan which took out my engine I had my car towed to pep boys for evaluation they stated the engine was gone it would be ***** and some change to fix my deductible is ****************************************************** the run around claim I had no coverage provided the proof I been insured still no answer the questions they was asking and the documentation they was wanting had nothing to do with a collision I have proof of the messages they have been giving me the run around for almost 3 months and Im still paying insurance at that I even tried to tell them the deductible the adjuster did was too high ***** from what pep boys quoted which was ***** still no response I told me to wait 7-10 business days still no response its like they are trying not to repair my car the messages I have from them is ridiculous you would definitely Need to hire a lawyer you cant get anyone on the phone as far as a manager I left multiple messages no response I. Am just trying to get my car repaired and they are asking for more insurance money this month and my car is disabled I have 2 documents from them and nothing but text messages they cant give any answers on anything email saying the same this is ridiculous they have no more reasons to give so they wont respond they making up stuff to try to get me to cancel my claim

      On March 13, 2023 I was in a collision caused by another party, in which my car was totaled. My auto insurance carrier was Mile Auto Insurance. On On May 26, 2023 Mile Auto agreed to pay me a certain amount for the loss of my vehicle, including a separate check in the amount of $627.50 to reimburse me for registration and title fees that I paid when purchasing the car. Mile Auto has since paid me all of what they agreed except for the $627.50 and a check for $1,000, the latter being the amount of the deductible that I had on my coverage, and which they promised they would pay me once they are reimbursed via subrogation with the at-fault party's carrier. Unfortunately, however, due to the extremely difficult challenge I had getting Mile Auto to pay me what they have paid me so far, I have strong reason to seriously doubt that they will pay me these remaining amounts.It took from May 26 until July 5 and many, many phone calls and email messages in between, to get Mile Auto to send me all but these remaining amounts, as the adjuster continued to neglect taking the necessary actions to get them to me and . It was only in response to my daily repeated entreaties to him that I finally got that payment. At the time that he had his employer send me that payment, he told me that the $627.50 check had also been sent. Because it has not since arrived, however, I have once again had to attempt to reach him to get that check sent to me, yet I can never get him to pick up the phone no matter when or how often I call him or to reply to my many voice mail and email messages about it.Unfortunately, I am not able to talk to anyone else at Mile Auto Insurance who has the ability to take the necessary action to get that money sent to me. All of this nightmare experience is what has me doubting that Mile Auto will send me the money that it owes me and has agreed to send me, unless it is forced to.

      I paid for auto insurance with this company. They did not move forward with my insurance but never issued a refund for the insurance I paid for. Now they don't answer their phones to resolve this issue. They simply stole my money. And need to be put out of business BMiL00006209 is my policy number
