ATLANTIC CAPITAL BAN Date opened Dec 09, 2022 Account number **************************************************************** BAN Date opened Apr 25, 2020 Account number ******** I am writing to dispute all 30-day late payments reported by Atlantic Capital Bank on my credit report. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) 15 U.S.C. 1681i(a), I have the right to dispute any information that I believe is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable. I affirm that this account does not belong to me, and I have no knowledge of any late payment on this account. I request that you investigate this matter and provide documentation to verify the accuracy of this late payment. If you are unable to confirm the validity of this information within the legally mandated period, I request that this late payment be removed from my credit report under FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681e(b) to ensure the accuracy and integrity of my credit profile.Initial Complaint

I recently received a copy of my TransUnion credit report, and I noticed some transactions posted on my credit report that has excluded my federal laws to my consumer report. This company is in violation of the **** and Metro2 Compliance and reporting violation.15 USC 1681 a(d)(2)(A)(i)(2)EXCLUSIONS.Except as provided in paragraph (3), the term consumer report does not include (A)subject to section 1681s3 of this title, any (i) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report; On March 2023 and April 2023, Atlantic Capital Bank reported transactions from account #****** to my consumer report. Also to note, there seems to be an error on the credit report that there are two late payments on my report when the payment status is Paid as agreed but doesnt note I was 60 days late. I need the transactions reported on [March 2023 and April 2023] deleted from my consumer report. Thank you for your time. Kind Regards, *******************************Initial Complaint

This business have me in their records as self lender that I borrowed money against a savings account using my own money and I did not pay it back on time. I have requested on many occasions that the company send me a copy of any contract showing proof that this was my account after doing further investigation this bank was sold bu **************** which is located in **** when I contacted them they stated they also was no longer doing business with Atlantic Capital when I called the customer service number the reps are located in the *********** and again I was not able to get any information from the. this has been an ongoing problem and I can't seem to get help from anyone.Initial Complaint

I have been a victim of identity theft, noticing unauthorized transactions and other suspect activities linked to my identity. Although I have reported this to the police, I need further assistance to resolve these issues, recoup my financial losses, and clear my name. I am not reliable for this debt with SELF/ATLANTIC CAPITAL. You have placed this on my account as a charge off/collection with no verifiable proof. I have disputed SELF/ATLANTIC CAPITAL on many occasions due to my Identity Theft. I do not have a contract with SELF/ATLANTIC CAPITAL. You have refused to send me the original contract as requested with a photo copied ID and original signatures. I demand this account be removed IMMEDIATELY.Customer response

They were aware of my identity theft and still did not care. They sent me this notice without sending me any original copies of signatures, photo identification as I requested. I want this removed from my account immediately.Initial Complaint

I HAVE NEVER BEEN LATER ON THIS ACCOUNT (SELF/******************************************* # CBA000**************)(SELF/ATLANTIC CAPITAL # ********)I was never late on this account. Please show me documentation showing proof of a transaction showing I was ever late to support your inaccurate reporting on my acct. If you cannot supply this, please DELETE these alleged late payment from my credit report per 15 USC 1681b.Your company is in clear violation of the law. Under 15 USC 1681b - permissible purpose of consumer reports, THE *** CLEARLY STATES:(a) IN GENERAL, Subject to subsection (c) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other:(2) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. Did I give you written instructions to furnish this on my credit report?Furthermore, the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT 15 USC 1681(2)(a)(i) Exclusions from a consumer credit report clearly states:(2) EXCLUSIONS. Except as provided in paragraph (3), the term consumer report does not includeSubject to section 1681s-3 of this title, any (i) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. Delete the above late payments from my consumer report, this agency is in violation of 15 USC 1681. Failure to respond satisfactory with deletion of the above referenced account and send out a free copy of my report after the changes have been made will result in legal actions being taken against your company, for which I will also be seeking $1,000 per violation for:1. Defamation of Character (per se)2. Negligent Enablement of Identity Fraud 3. Fair Debt Collections Practices Act 15 USC 1692g violations.4.
