I started a case to receive my 401k from Fidelity investments on February 2nd of 2025 I have called them numerous times trying to find out why I haven't received my check each time they give me stories about my address change even though I have giving them my address 3 separate times and they keep sending it to an address that does not exist and each time I have to wait ten days for the address to confirm in their system but the thing is they don't change it and they keep sending out checks to an address that is not what I told them now their sending out another check after I have to wait another ten days to make my address change in their system this is complete incompetent work on their end of this situationBusiness Response

For two years I have had money in my fidelity account this account is part of my Ira *** expected to file taxes on it. Fidelity has refused to allow me in to my account or the funds in my account. They told me the account is closes but if that were the case my money would have been mailed to me. I have tried for over two years making no progress. Fidelity is holding customer funds for 3 weeks when deposited without notifying customers. My husband transferred funds from his individual account into our joint Fidelity cash management account on 10/17/24. He has done this numerous times in the past. The deposit appeared to be accepted by Fidelity and is still showing to be part of our balance. Yesterday he used his debit card and I paid a bill electronically from the joint account. All of these transactions were denied. We called Fidelity and they told us they had placed a hold on all bank to bank deposits in response to the recent breach of information that was compromised through ** ******. The issue is that Fidelity never notified us of this hold. We now have electronic bills coming in against the balance that are being rejected. We also do not have access to our funds that still show as normal in our account. This is extremely dishonest by Fidelity and needs to be corrected immediately!Business Response

My father passed away in Janurary 2022. My mother was a designated beneficiary for a Fidelity account. ********************** transferred my fathers account to mothers beneficiary account. ********************** then made "a clerical error" and marked my mom as deceased also. Account ending in 5987B.Fidelity will not talk to me (I am her power of attorney) because they have her marked as deceased. They will not talk to my mother because when she calls in, they cannot verify her because she is marked as deceased.My mom has had loss of use of her account and funds since January 2022 with no resolution. Apple took money from my bank account when I did not have enough money for them to charge me for the purchase puting my account in the negatives and to top it off my bank fidelity told me I wouldnt get a over draft fee and I did taking most of the money I had left after my paycheck cheated the negative charge in my account and they havent been able to fix itBusiness Response

This is the bank that has my 401k in it. I opened up a savings account and have money deposited in it monthly. Every month it takes 3 days for the money to clear and I have access to it. This month it was transmitted from my checking to this account on Thursday. Today it Tuesday which would be the 3rd day but money is not available. I went online because my debit from my other account was stolen and I currently have no access to any money for gas or food to ask why my money was not there and was told that yesterday was a holiday (Indigenous Peoples Day)? What type of holiday is this and why does it affect my deposit? I asked if there was anyway we could clear the deposit sooner since it had already been cleared at the bank it was coming from and basically was told ABSOLUTELY NOT find another way to get money. When I asked how to close the account I was told you have to wait till tomorrow and was cut off at that point. I had a ************ RAP plan (pension) in Fidelity. I requested it to put in my checking account.. It was removed from the website(said paid out). I received an email stating it will be in on or around on 9/2. 9/8 I called to ************* they said I can't get it till the Oct 31st. It is gone as far as I know.
