This rogue bank has a rogue *** that kept a 3rd of my cash *** deposit! I have been a loyal business account customer with PNC and I am shocked that the bank would let this happen, then put on a bogus investigation and then tell me I am lying about MY MONEY being taken! What kind of bank robs their loyal customers?!?! They did not provide the *** video or show any accounting of the day's transactions. Just a flat out DENIAL that the machine kept my money! The people inside the branch indicated that this has happened before but assured me my stolen money would be returned! i am then told to go through the dispute process only to be denied and then told to return to the branch if I want to see any video. This is where I started!!! Absolutely Ridiculous! I would advise anyone reading this to bank ELSEWHERE!!!

Date of Transaction: Early 2023 Coorrespondance with PNC Bank in regard to resolution of poor customer service.Charged multiple fees in regard to an attempted foreclose. The foreclosure never happened. I reconciled the account. The Bank (PNC) "attempted to foreclose" on a mortgage loan even after I had notified them or some "personal challenges". When the foreclosure notice was received, we were caught off guard, due to no on-line access. We quickly rectified the delinquency and got a commitment from bank personnel that once all the financial matter were brought current there would be no negative reporting to the credit bureaus. That of course did not happen, as the bank reported to the bureaus. Following a credit denial, I contacted the bank to try a resolve the reporting problems in a professional manner. After being flatly refuse without any understanding at all I gave it sometime hoping the bank would do the right thing by their customer. After being flatly denied for a second time I reached out to the president of PNC (********************************). This again was received with a "stand by" the banks response from a member of ********************** team. I ask a third time to speak to ****************** and again got a response from his team but not ******************. This made me feel like my business was not valuable the bank. All I requested was to try and resolve this in a polite and professional manner by speaking to the bank CEO. Unfortunately, this was not granted. Fast forward to today is why this complaint is being filed. This could all be resolved by removing all negative credit bureau entries reported by the bank from ALL bureaus. I would like to have this resolved in a timely manner; therefore, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

On June 6, ********************************************************* ****** **. My credit score from Experian was 798, and my credit limit on my existing **** card is $21,500. I reported $140,000 income for 2022, I just started social security (an extra $35,000 per year starting in 2023), that I had a $21,500 credit limit on my existing credit card, and that I had over $2.7 million in my brokerage account, as well as $36,000+ in checking and savings at my current credit union (where I have banked for 42 years and have my current **** card). Despite this and my excellent credit record and history of paying off my credit card bill in full each month, on June 14, 2023 I was refused a card by PNC Bank, based on 1) Insufficient tenure with PNC (I asked if I had to be a PNC customer before I applied for the card and was told no by a PNC employee) and 2) Limited Credit History or no record (the credit history on my report was correct). I appealed the decision and offered to maintain a $25,000 balance in a savings account with PNC. I was still refused a card, and, when I asked why and what they needed in order to approve a card for me, they refused to tell me. I appealed this decision to the ******************************** and was refused again on June 28, 2023. Nowhere does PNC say one must have accounts with PNC to get their card. My credit history on my reports is correct. My house has been fully paid for since 2007, my 19 year old car is fully paid for, my student loans from 2002-2006 are fully paid for and were paid off early, and I use my existing **** card or cash for any large purchases, and pay the **** bill in full each month. This is clearly deceptive banking practices and advertising as well as discrimination against me because I am older, have used credit wisely and pay my bills in full each month.
