As a customer of Swinging Richards for almost 10 years, the service there has gone downhill, i mean it has gone completely LEFT! My experience there recently is not what it used to be. My first year going, 2012-2013, it was a good time to be alive then. This place was my safe haven for almost a decade. The customer service was of great quality then. The ambiance and staff made me feel good as a client there. Last night, a dancer there named "*****" hustled me and my friend out of $40 by doing half-assed dancing. He charges his own price back in the VIP lounge beyond what the club charges. From my perspective there, he was lazy, inefficient and ruthless. His line of work and persona he once had is now not all that it is cracked to be. After my most recent experience, he is officially a scammer. I personally do not deal with scammers, AT ALL. Swinging Richards was my place going back to 2012-2013 and now the club is going downhill very bad! Once the club got hit with a lawsuit in 2018 for financially mistreating the dancers and then filing for bankruptcy in 2019, the club has not been the same since. The club is hurting for money; they are financially "thirsty" and they give bad customer service just to recoup money in the nearly $2 million bankruptcy. The drinks were watered down, the staff and dancers were rude. White dancers were extremely discriminatory as well. This is not the place to spend money anymore. Any new club goers, come in at your own risk. Any one new who comes here to this club, you've been warned. After the bad service I got, this club should be shut down entirely altogether (DROPS THE MIC)!
