            3 months ago Budget Upholstery on ********************* in ********, ** picked up three pieces of furniture that needed to be repaired. I had previously gone in and taken pictures and talked to ******* who runs the store. After he picked up my furniture that was too big for me to put in my own car, I went to the shop and spoke with ******* again the next day and his assistant May. I was told they would do the work in 2 weeks. I asked for a quote which they never offered and had to call back to get one sent to me. 10 weeks later they repaired one chair and the other two pieces of furniture are not done. After the initial 2 weeks they told me it would take I started to follow up. Each week I was told it would be the next Tuesday and on two occasions was told Saturday. I need my furniture back and want the upholstery repaired as they promised. I have gone in the shop several times and spoken with ******* directly and each time was promised it would be done the next week. Now, the start of the 13th week he is not returning my calls or texts. He is ignoring me and ignoring my Father who got invoked this week. What can I do? This is unacceptable treatment.
