This company sent ******* out to do my brakes on my 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe. He stated in text message Brakes are complete, can I get you to bring your keys outside to prime these breaks back up and finish up. I came downstairs to pay him and he said your brakes are all finished, I cant clear the display because my machine isnt up to date, but you can take it to a shop nearby and they should be able to remove the display notice. I wasnt happy and said no, you need to come back and remove this off of the display as I have already paid and I dont want to have to drive to another shop to clear it. He agreed to come back to remove the display and didnt hear back from him. The following day my wife tried to use the Tahoe to go to job interviews and nearly died as the brakes didnt work!! She went to press on the brakes and it didnt work!! Imagine how scary!! Im filing this complaint because someone could have died in this situation and I would like to prevent it to happening to someone else!! They ended up sending a different tech to fix it correctly. I would like to be reimbursed for my wifes Uber fees that day as she did not have a working vehicle to go to her job interview.Initial Complaint

On 4/8/22, ***********************, arrived to change my brakes. He told me that my rear brakes needed to be changed and when completed I paid $392.26.While driving later that day I heard a rubbing sound and my Jeep began to wobble very badly. I saw that my rear driver side wheel was loose. I tightened the lug nuts and drove out again experiencing the same issue after driving a few miles. I took a closer look at both rear wheels at this point. I discovered that 3 of the 5 wheel stud openings on the driver side wheel had been damaged so badly that the lug nuts would not keep the rim fastened, loosening after driving a few miles causing the wobbling. My tire could have come off while driving. I also saw that the rear passenger side brake drum was ***** and there was a broken wheel stud, so I only had 4 lug nuts fastening the wheel instead of the 5 that were there prior to the brake job. Apparently, damaged parts were used on the rear passenger side.I called Nubrakes to complain and the representative scheduled another appointment. **** was the tech that came out and he assessed the issue but could not do anything about the damaged rear driver side wheel. He suggested using the full-size spare that I had and advised me to call their warranty department as he would document what he saw. He also replaced the rear passenger side parts with brand new parts.I contacted Nubrakes about the damaged wheel from April to May. I first received a text from ***** about wanting to take care of the damaged rim and asked that I send a quote or invoice for repairs. I texted back stating that the wheel was not repairable and sent what the cost was to replace the wheel. I received no further response until I called for an update. I spoke to *************************, Lead Warranty Specialist, and emailed the cost of a new wheel but he stopped responding. It is now 7/6/22, and still nothing has been done and no one from Nubrakes is contacting me or doing anything about addressing my damaged wheel.Initial Complaint

I got my brakes down 2/18/22 with this mobile service. Within a couple of weeks they felt just as bad as before. I thought it was just needing to get adjusted. My brakes sound and feel worse than ever. Tried calling company but no one ever answers doesnt give option to leave a message dont even know if they are still in business. I either want my money back or for them to correct it and fix the brakes.
