I desire a full refund due to not completing and forwarding any work done. I have e-mails with proof. ****** was very difficult to work with. Bottom line, I want a full refund. As, you see with the accounting excel is unledgible and I personally had to recreate the excel spreadsheet for my accountant causing us to file for an extention. During the time frame I came down really sick due to a leak in the kitchen that lead to mold. For two weeks I was not in good health. My kitchen under mold removal and then to be rennovated but the Adjuster caused strife between all parties involved. My kitchen is still not done. This was since October 2023 til now
