      Ive been charged by this company 3 times for the past three years (*****, *****, then *****) through PayPal without my authorization. This seems to be a common scam that Avangate has pulled with other people. PayPal has denied my claim, despite it being fraudulent.

      We have processed a full refund for the recent renewal order with Bitdefender, and you should see the amount of ***** USD credited to your account within the next few business days, depending on your issuing bank.

      Please note that the orders #********* and #********* were purchases made for previous years for this subscription.
      However, regarding your request for a refund of these orders for Bitdefender Premium VPN that were placed on 2022-07-26 and 2023-07-26, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process it.

      In order to discuss a possible refund for the initial order, we suggest that you contact Bitdefender directly as this request can be handled only by them.

      We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused and we do appreciate your understanding.

      Avangate, *** was never given permission to take money out of my PayPal account. Apparently they are taking $59.99 out on May 9 for the last three years, totaling $179.97.I somehow want to make them stop. I have tried to get on their website and cancel, but they just want more information from me which of course Im not willing to give them because they can use it against me in regards to. They are taking it out through PayPal and I just dont know, where to go from here, but please make them refund my money. Thank you so much for your time.

      On January 3, 2023 and January 3, **** I was charged an automatic payment of $42.69 from a company called Avangate **** I never authorized this and do not know how to stop these payments through PayPal. I do not know what I am receiving for these unauthorized payments and would like a refund. These payments for a total of $85.38 were taken out of my PayPal account without my authorization and need to be stopped! Please help me with this situation. Thank you,***************************

      This company has charged my PayPal $69 for their AVANGATE product or service? I do not know who they are or how they received my information. I want a full refund. Also, based on the other comments and complaints here, I'm curious how this keeps happening to people over and over again and something isn't being done. If we are to believe that you're operating legitmately than you should change how you present your product and its payment/service. Clearly it APPEARS that your business model is based on confusing buyers into paying for something they don't want. Please submit a full refund and BBB please do something.
