We bought our Porsche Cayenne in 2015 and from the first year it was giving us an error about the rear lights (not operating correctly), sometimes the left, sometimes the right and sometimes both. However, the rear lights were operating OK. During our regular services this was noticed by Porsche, but they said that there was no issue. This year I asked them to check again and they told me they found the problem and this is due to a faulty part that needs to be replaced, it would also require replacement of the rear lights and this would cost me about ***** US $ since the car is not under warranty anymore. I contacted Porsche headquarters *******) on March 19th 2024, I sent them the service receipt from the Porsche Dealer from 2/5/2020 stating that there was an issue with the lights. The headquarters referred me to the Porsche Representative in my area (customer support east, *******). This was on 4/5/2024. I have been trying to communicate with them unsuccessfully since then. There has been exchange of emails and we had telephone appointments which they didn't honor. The **** Case specialist (****************) that was assigned to the case called my husband this past Friday May 10th, 2024 while he was at work and could not answer and left a VM at his cell phone saying that we should talk and left her telephone number saying that she was going to be available until 3:30 pm and we could call her directly. Both me and my husband tried to call several times and there was no answer. We left several VMs, but we did not hear back from her. This has been going on for about 2 months now and we have not even been able to talk to them much more so resolve the issue. We feel like we are being manipulated, disrespected and pushed around and that they do not have any will to discuss resolution. We would like to be contacted by a person that is professional, does not disrespect us and picks up their phone while at work. Our Case# is **********.

My Husband and I leased our second Maccan from the dealership on *********************** in ******** ** around January 2024. We were met by ******************* at the door and proceeded to see our options of returning our 2021 Porsche for a 2024. He immadiately told us not to worry that he will take the car and that it would be hassle free and no charge of any king from the old car since we are leasing a new one. took the keys from us and told us he will take care of everything going forward. Considering this reassurance from him, we proceeded to lease a new car, drove off the same day from the lot and left the old car at their lot. 2 Months later, we receive a bill from Porsche saying we owe $218.75 on the old car.So we drive to the dealrership to speak to him but that day he was off so the finance manager took a copy of the letter and told us he would pass it on to ****** and he will get back to us.Well, 30 days later, we heard nothing back and we received another letter from Porsche. Thats when we called the dealership and spoke to *****.( 03/27/2028).He basically denied everything that he told us and said that would be on us and he has nothing to do with the return. We will pay this amount as we do not want this to negatively affect our credit but we will pursue every avenue to get a refund as we were scammed by *****.Thank You ***********************

I purchased a car from Porsche South ****** on March 8, 2024.The finance director slipped in numerous service contracts into my contract and thus, the amount that is owed on the loan.I called the dealership immediately in an attempt to cancel these service contracts. I tried to reach the finance manager to no avail. I left voice messages and sent emails. I finally spoke to the finance manager and he said that the reason I got the interest rate that I got was because I agreed to buy all of the unnecessary service contracts. He said that had I not agreed, my only other option was go with the ridiculously high interest rates that I was quoted. This is not true whatsoever and I have it on good authority that such practices are illegal. Ultimately, the finance guy stopped returning my calls and responding to my emails, and has been adamant that he would not reverse the charges when I know that they are.
