I bought 2 12 piece ghost wings meals, with beans and rice as the sides. The rice was hard and chewy, and the chicken was dried out. I went in to get my order fixed, and the server gave me the same thing again, so I gave the food back, and asked for asked for a refund. The young lady that served me said that she didnt know how to do a refund, so I asked to speak to a manager, and she told me that she was the manager and that she wasnt trained to do voids and returns, and that she would inform the other manager that I wanted a refund. She assured me that I would get a refund. I went back the next day with my receipt, and another manager told me that I couldnt get a refund, but I could get more food. I told her that I didnt want food from them ever again, because the store was filthy on the inside, and the staffs uniforms were too. I didnt notice that until I came into the store. I cant eat from a place like that.Review from Shy M

Throughout my 38 years of experience, I have never encountered an individual with such dedication and commitment. ************************* consistently exhibits a positive and welcoming demeanor, greeting every customer with a smile regardless of the restaurant's workload. His exceptional memory allows him to recall the preferences of frequent customers, such as myself, ensuring a seamless and personalized dining experience. I always order tenders & request for freshly prepared tenders. ******, the sole employee managing the front counter and lobby orders, efficiently handles my arrival by promptly requesting the fry cooks to prepare my spicy tenders, considerably reducing my waiting time. Despite any personal challenges ****** may be facing, he consistently maintains a professional demeanor, always greeting customers with a smile and a positive attitude. On one occasion, as ******'s shift concluded and he prepared to leave the premises after ordering his own dinner, he noticed an elderly gentleman struggling to use the kiosk machine to place an order. During my dining experience at the establishment, I observed an exemplary act of customer service performed by ******. While waiting for my meal, I noticed ****** attentively assisting an elderly gentleman who was experiencing difficulty in placing his order. Tried to buy chicken for family on 6/21, 3195 ********************, Springfield Mo. employ issue arose and employee was fired. Employee and boss both agitated and employee stayed around with his backpack. We had a long wait for chicken and hostile employee left and came back with backpack. Waited over 30 min for chicken them told would be at least 15 minute more fore chicken. Chose to leave due to long time for chicken and safety issues. I did not want to be exposed to possible dangerous hostile employee issues as well as wait for chicken that should have been served in a reasonable length of time.Review from Catherine L

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered delivery (mistake #1) from the 54th & L location. Delivery driver delivered to the wrong address and sent a picture. I tried to contact the driver (mistake #2) who never responded (enjoy the tip, lass). Then I contacted customer service explaining the issue of delivery to the incorrect address only to be told by ******* "we have confirmed the delivery". OBVIOUSLY. That wasn't the issue. The issue was delivery to the wrong address. Admittedly, I became livid and more than a little snarky (mistake #3), but I let them have the opportunity to correct the situation and replied with the picture from the driver and a picture of my empty front door where my house number is prominent. ******* said she would pass the issue to another agent and to wait ***** hours. You already know what happened because you wouldn't be reading this if it was inside that time frame or if they had bothered to respond even just to say "too bad for you". Just poorly handled and disappointing. Dispute with my card company coming. The hassle isn't worth the quality of their food, which has plummeted in the last year.Review from Tiffany M

Last Friday, my son went to Popeyes in *******, ******** on O Street. That Popeyes location messed up our order. I called the young lady that I spoke to took down my first last name phone number and stated she would give it to the manager so they can correct my order once I come in I told her I would not be able to come in Until Sunday due to the fact that I live an hour and a half away I wasnt able to make it there Sunday so I sent my son there yesterday 6-11-24 he was yelled at by Asia told that she could not make the order after he proceeded to tell her that the young lady that we spoke to told us that they can remake the order since they forgot to give us the proper chicken. We got no biscuits we got no red beans and rice. I proceeded to call there and get Asia and ask if I can speak to a manager she said she was the manager she yelled at me spoke over me. I tried to explain to her the situation she asked if I wanted to speak to the ** I said yes After waiting three minutes she got back on the phone and said I can no longer speak to the **. I could call back today 6-12-24 or come to the store I told her I live an hour and a half away. I proceeded to call to see if I can speak to the **. I could hear Asia in the background yelling, not professional. I asked to speak to the **. Some guy said his name was **** or *****. I asked to speak to the manager, her name that she told me was *****. She hung up on me, somebody needs to address the situationReview from Rob Y

I have called so many times to report the management and employees for this business, which is located on ************ in *********** *****. Which is Franchise now. Franchise businesses owner, management etc., dont care anymore, they are not enforcing cleanliness nor food safety. This location I have complained about the uncooked chicken tenders, the uncooked chicken sandwiches, the discrimination against black, the shell still on the shrimp I coked on. The owner has yet to call me back. I went in the other day for my neighbor all the employees was talking about me in Spanish. Thats all they do one guy told me he does not speak English. The Manager laughed I didnt find anything funny. He was fixing food and handling cash. The Manager that is discriminating against blacks come out and say. My Boss told me not to serve you. I didnt ask no questions because I dont eat there anymore because of non caring owner, discriminating management and the uncooked food. So I went to Krogers and got my neighbor some chicken tenders and coleslaw. I am saying all this to say..why eat from a place, if when you have a major situation the owner doesnt care. Or is it because Im Black? I would like to know. Or he doesnt care that the chicken tenders are really hard and uncooked in the middle, and service is horrible. Went yesterday chicken was given old dark crust. It was not fresh, looked refried. Young lady was taking the container hitting on trash bin. Then placed food back on rack to add more chicken in them.Review from Mario C

I think a representative from Popeyes main headquarters need to pay a visit to the Deming, NM store to see how they prepare their food and check to see the expiration dates on their foods. My son ordered a 12 count Ghost pepper wings this past tuesday and got sick on it, he still feeling bad today, so much, he had to call in to work and he's only been at his job a couple of months. Also there was complaints on ******** that apparently they have unsafe practices on how they prepare their food. Attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated, Thank you
