      I contracted CateredbyPayne,LLC for catering and tasting services on 9/10 for our wedding. The contract required payment of 50% ($1065) + $150 for tasting upfront. I asked the seller if I could pay using my **** card ending in ***** so that I could collect points towards our honeymoon and she agreed but I would have to pay an additional fee (totaling $1240). I agreed to the fee and paid for the services via Paypal. I received a confirmation to my email of the payment. A few hours later, the seller calls me hysterical, saying that another person called her saying that it was their card and that its fraud (with no proof of correspondence). She was frustrated and stated that she would reverse the payment. I share screenshots of the payment posted on MY bank account, as well as email confirmation received from PayPal. I also agreed that because she was reversing the payment that I would send the payment the same day via Zelle ( totaling $2480 sent). The seller has communicated that she had been in touch with Paypal to return the money and that it resulted in her account being frozen making her unable to send the payment back, but a Paypal agent later confirmed that she had accepted the payment and has not been in contact. On 9/13, I informed the seller that our venue was canceled and asked if she will remain with us for the new proposed date. She agreed and we confirmed plans to deliver the tasting to our address on Wed, 9/15 at 6:45 pm. The seller never showed up and failed to call or text to reschedule. I canceled the service 9/21 and placed a formal dispute with Paypal the same day. On 10/15, 30 days from her original estimated return date, I requested a refund to my Zelle account. The seller responded that I will get my money in 45/90 days and requested I no longer contact her. She has since not responded to my messages and this is my last resort to collect money on services I did not receive. My final step will be taking legal action against her and the business.

      I have been in business for 4 years I have never encounter a person like this I run a honest Black own Small business I cater to my clients needs and
      This person running Scam and now reporting me to PayPal now this
      I have not return funds or refunded Client Due to Fraud from her End

      She paid with a credit card
      Someone else call stating she didn't use us for our service state someone using her card I contact Complaint consumer
      to let her now (Stated she must have use wrong card)


      My bank account was put on hold Due to her Fraud so my bank investigating funds that was taking
      I was told 45 to 90 I stated to client once my account clear of all fraud I Will ReFund Her

      AT THSI POINT I THINK ALL THIS WAS A BIG SCAM AND FRAUND BY HER
      IM OUT FUNDS ALSO

      This not only effect Her this is my business mY name my brand and this is what this person do for a living go around and scam Honesty Hard working people
      I have never or will ever mistreat or be dishonest to anyone especially in business

      Please find attachment proof of were Im still waiting for my bank to release all funds (Been on hold Since Sep 13

      been in business for years I have no other complain My business run on Pride Honestly and value to my core

      So I thank You for understanding my part
