I placed a $300 order on their website a week ago (first time buyer) and never even received anything other than an order number. They provide telephone numbers online but those are for their retail locations and they claim to not be able to research the order status. I was told that I would have to send an email to follow up on an online order. I sent an email and have not received a response. I checked their reviews on Yelp and an online buyer last month also complained about getting the runaround- she was told to take it up with USPS but had never received a shipping confirmation so she had no way to get resolution.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/11/24) */ In response to the complaint that the customer did not receive their package- the customer's package was delivered on 11/12/21 (see USPS tracking documentation). The customer did not communicate any issues to our company about an order. The customer received an automated email as an order confirmation, in which has a link to view their order and track it (see email documentation). After receiving notification of complaint from the BBB, we kindly emailed the customer on 11/15 with proof of delivery and suggested to call us for further clarification (see email documentation). We received no response from customer in regards to the email. Being proactive, we then called the customer on 11/23. The customer answered and confirmed they did receive the package and they admitted to calling previously and even received tracking over the phone as well. There is no issue- the customer received their order in a timely manner. Please remove the complaint. Consumer Response /* (2000, 9, 2021/11/29) */ After I filed a complaint, the company finally checked into the status of my order, and advised that it had shipped. I received the product, but would not order from this business again.
