I originally chose this dentist because there was very limited providers offered for the ***** Fargo health advantage credit card I had available to use for payment. I drove 2 hours to go there. I told them about the health credit i had for payment. After checking the available credit on the account I was given an itemized statement of exactly what the charges and treatment plan were to be. It was almost to the ***** every dollar available on the account. I was given a root canal and crown that day. It was extremely painful. To be expected right? I was given 4 shots during the procedure. After the procedure fhe dentist commented that it was because there was infection around the tooth. I still have tenderness around the tooth and I have been told by the ******* dentistry clinic that it was an incomplete root canal. About 6 months after the root canal and crown the tooth right beside that one worked on broke off at the gum line. This could only be caused by the first procedure which had to crack or damage the tooth. They were slightly over lapped and directly in the front of my mouth. Which impacts my image and makes me not want to smile to keep others from seeing that I have a tooth missing. When I returned to the dentist because I was told the root canal was **** It was dismissed as not true and they say it was completed. The bill was right around 3,500$ for just that one days trreatment. I feel I was overcharged compared to other dentists and the credit amount being checked prior that it was maxed out purposely. And I feel that it caused other damages that I haven't been able to get fixed as of yet. I believe there is a long standing warranty on such work but I'm unsure of the time frame. But the dentist makes no admittance to liability. I am extremely unhappy with my decision to have work done in my mouth by this dentist.
