All Men Beware of Applying or Working at Grady Hospital in any department. Women employees and contractors are allowed by HR and those who run the company to make false claims against men without providing evidence or witnesses of any kind. A woman whom I never worked with nor was acquainted with harassed me multiple times at a Leads class. I never initiated conversation with her unless instructed to do so by the instructor for group activity purposes. Despite having multiple witnesses inside the building who saw her initiate conversations with me by asking professional and personal questions; I was fired because she claimed when she walked across the street to my car where I was cleaning it out and about to head out because my shift was over, I showed her an inappropriate photo from my phone despite my phone being on the charger the entire time she was questioning me. This woman asked me what my plans are, asked about my family, then told me I was very handsome to be a young man while standing at my vehicle. She asked me how old I was multiple times despite me never making any advances towards her. When she mentioned my looks that is when I respectfully asked if she was married due to how uncomfortable she was making me. She said yes and I bid her a good night. I was told to give a verbal and written statement which I thought ended the matter but Dec 7th I was called and fired on my day off. When asked for proof nothing was provided. This type of male discrimination happens often at Grady and many men are fired with no evidence or circumstantial evidence because of women employees false claims, slander, defamation of character and claims against fellow male employees who have never had any issues with inappropriate behavior all the years they worked there until a woman decides today is his day. This matter will be taken to attorneys, agencies, and other outlets to stop Grady from Male, Age, and Retaliation discrimination.
