The front desk staff at *************************************************) is very unprofessional and incompetent. They LOST my insurance information that I printed out and handed to them. When I tried to schedule an important follow up appointment 2 days later I was told I couldn't because my insurance information was not on the system. 3 days and a dozen calls later, they still haven't entered my information in the system and I am three days late scheduling a very important appointment. The "so what, I could care less" attitude bothers me even more. The people on that floor in that department could care less because it's not their health in question.

On December 3rd 2021 I found out from a nurse manager at the St.Joes GI clinic I was being globally terminated from Emory Healthcare. I am a disabled individual that has a serious autoimmune disease and at the time Emory was plotting and planning my termination I was then diagnosed with a second one Crohns. My husband and I moved to Georgia thinking the medical care for me would be better especially with Emory. That has not been the case. Since I was established full time with Emory mid 2020 it has been a nightmare. I have been denied medications by doctors and not for legit reasons but based on their feelings, one doctor let me get so sick I ended up in the hospital for ******************************************** knowing how sick I was, that same doctor and another falsified my medical records by putting slanderous and libelous lies in them, I've had doctors put me on meds and not even follow up with me and just abandon me, ignore, etc etc. The staff they hire is rude and ghetto, The staff I have encountered at Emory I have never encountered at any other hospital or clinic. They also recently had their lawyer call me and threaten me because I wanted to see and know written policies and procedures on terminations. Any legit business has rules, policies and procedures and there would be no issue supplying customers and patients with them. By them globally terminating me and at a critical time in my health they violated the medical rules and laws. It states patients cannot be terminated at critical times in their health, patients are to be let know verbally and written of the termination which they never did until the nurse manager told me, and if due to insurance or distance a patient cannot be terminated. I am going to file a defamation and medical malpractice suit against Emory, a few of their doctors, a patient relations rep, and a couple of billing agents. I will take all of my video and audio evidence to a judge so I can have my reputation cleared.

Avoid! They lack all capabilities to manage a medical office. This location is completely overwhelmed, resulting in poor care and communication with their patients. Rude staff, inconsiderate, and will transverse facts in their documentation in order to avoid responsibilities. Do not trust this office with your health. Incompetence becomes negligence.

Dr. Howard Levy is the worst physician visit I have ever experienced. Misdiagnosed, lack of communication or caring, overcharged, and no attempt to schedule surgery or follow-up for needed surgery as promised. Do not go to this physician for spinal surgery. You will be ignored...

I am really sorry to read your concerns in regards to Dr. Levy's office. I will be sure to get your comments and concerns over to his office.
