*Date of Transaction: March 3, 2023 *Amount of money paid to the business: USD $283.00 *What the business committed to provide to me: to have a tailored made dress completed prior to April 9, 2023 *What is the nature of the dispute: to provide a tracking number for when the dress will arrive, in addition to the dress being made exactly of how the model of the dress is featured. The garment should not be a rush job, of which it is of poor quality in appearance and in texture.*Has it been resolved? : No. This consumer has reached out to communicate with the business owner. Paris stated the dress would be shipped out 4/17/23, he is not able to provide proof that this has occurred. Paris did give me the option of choosing from two dresses he has already made; However, that was not the initial agreement. I desired to have a specific garment tailored made, and it is past the deadline (4/9/2023). In addition, Paris failed to ensure the consumer, that the garment is actually made. I attempted to be understanding and considerate by stating to the designer to "send it whenever you can" , believing that it would be possibly another *****hr delay, but occurred on 4/07/2023, it is now 4/18/2023 (11 days later). *Account/Tracking number : Order #**, confirmation code: DCV0054MUh475kiNA0In1QBusiness response

I have been in constant communication with the customer. I could not complete her garment by April 9th I did In fact ask if she would like two pick from two other styles. She said no that she would wait for the original dress. I let her know I would be shipping out after Easter. I never gave a specific date. I have the garment done and *********** it to her. I told her on April 18th that I would sending the tracking number once it shipped and the customer said ok.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
The action required revealed one of three things,1. The garment was never made.
2. The garment was never made to be shipped
3. Had the garment been made to be shipped I would have had the garment as of 4/19 when Paris disclosed on 4/15 of the garment being shipped last weekend.
I do not want the garment because the garment at this time, because the garment maybe of poor quality.
I am demanding a refund in the amount of : USD $283.00 , given that 4/9 has past and that the product has still yet to be delivered.
This is a fair agreement.
