      After placing an order, ************ requested images of my credit card, drivers license, bank statement, and utility bills before processing a refund or shipping my order. Once the information was (regrettably) provided in order to receive the item. They pretended the information was not sufficient and sent another request for more information. These people will steal your personal information and not give you the goods you have paid for... SCAM!

      Extremely sketchy company.First of all, the web-site looks extremely cheap and poorly made. They have a glitch that adding to cart does not actually add anything to cart, and you can only checkout immediately. I.e. as soon as you move to another page to add more items to cart, the original item vanishes from it (you can checkout with only 1 unique item at a time)I didn't feel comfortable paying with a credit card. Paid via PayPal. The next day, I received an email from this "business", requesting to send them a photo of my credit card for verification. As you all know, PayPal does not provide merchants any of the sensitive information (that is the whole purpose of using PayPal). So the "store" could not have had my credit card information to verify it to the photo. Yet, they insisted on me sending my credit card, as well as a bank statement. Can you imagine? I am surprised they did not request to send them my physical social security card via post.Again, in order to verify information, you have to have that information to begin with and then, compare it to the proof. The store could not have had my credit card but demanded a photo of my card even though I paid via PayPal (which I remind you protects both buyers and sellers). The shipping and billing addresses matched. There was no reason for this $70 order to be flagged for review. So I am pretty sure they collect customers' credit card information on purpose. Do NOT provide them any of that information if requested.Avoid this store altogether!

      Purchased expensive cleats from Pro Direct and had a terrible experience. Tried on cleats once inside and they didnt fit so packaged them up and returned in perfectly new condition. First, I had to pay for the return shipping which is a red flag. Pro Direct responded that cleats were not in a new and unused condition which is totally untrue. They even sent pictures of the perfectly new and unused cleats as if that proved anything other than they were brand new. Their return policy is a joke and they do not honor legitimate returns. They refused to refund my money and returned the new and unused cleats to me, forcing me to buy a product that did not fit. I strongly recommend not placing an order with this company. There are other soccer companies that are legitimate and honor returns.

      On 10/5/21 i have put in an order with Pro-Direct. Bought a total of 16 items for $449.50. I have reached out to Pro-Direct few days later to see if i could get the tracking number for the order i have put in. ***, was able to provide me with the tracking number for my order. I went to FedEx website and was able to pull it up and according to the FedEx website delivery was made on 10/7/21 at 12:11pm. I called FedEx to see where it was dropped off. They gave me the address that did no match my home address. I was told that whom ever printed out the delivery lable made a mistake. I than reached out to Pro-Direct Soccer to see if they could help me correct the mistake. ***, said she would send it out again, but there was few items out of stock. I was ok with that. We had this conversation last week on the 20th. Today, I reached out again to see if they sent the replacement order only to find out that *** is still trying to convince me that order was delivered on the 7th. I have emails for over 2 weeks containing proff that they would replace my order. At this point i would just like my money back and not have anything to do with this company anymore. I gave them every chance to correct the mistake they made and they were not interested in correcting it.
