I ordered this dress from Rania Rose Fashion June 9, 2024 for my birthday July 4th. I received a confirmation email of my order that day (Provided below). There was a post the end of June stating they were behind. However, we are now at the end of August and I have reached out to this establishment several times via email and Instagram. All of my reaching out attempts have been ignored for months.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this merchant on April 11th with the hopes of wearing the item I purchased for my event on May 10th. I never received any updates besides the tracking number, and when you checked the tracking that was provided, it stated that the item was in pre-shipment. I reached out to the merchant on May 1st 2024 via email asking for a status update, and I also explained that if the order would not be received prior to 05/10/2024 that I would like to cancel the order and receive a full refund. The merchant reached out to me the next day 05/02/2024 explaining that they had an influx in orders and they were experiencing delays in their order processing. They stated that they raised awareness of my concerns and if they failed to fulfill my order they would promptly refund me. On May 14 **************************************** any updates, so I sent a second email to the merchant explaining that I wanted to cancel my order and I requested a full refund since my event has now passed. I never received a response back from the merchant. I sent a third email on May 17 2024 because the item arrived in the mail on that day but I did not open it. I explained to the merchant in the 3rd email that I again, no longer wanted the item and would like to return it to them and receive a full refund. As of today June 3rd, I have not heard back from the merchant. I would like for the merchant to provide a return label for their package so that I am not charged shipping to return this item, and I would like the merchant to provide me with a full refund. I also wanted to mention that The policy on the merchants website states that if you are not fully satisfied with your item, they have a 14 day money back guarantee. It also states that standard shipping is 3-5 business days.Initial Complaint

On May 10, 2024 I purchased the dress from this Business and the address was $194. I have emailed numerous times and have not got a worry back. I posted something on Instagram and I got an Instagram message back, but when I replied back, no one reached back out to me. *** still not received my order and replying to emails to express about my order.
