I recently worked with C2c Resources, to recover a significant payment owed by a small business. I can't say enough good things about our senior account manager, **** *****. From the start, **** was professional, attentive and empathetic to my situation. She kept me informed at every step of the process, and worked tirelessly to secure the funds. Not only did she recover the full amount, but she did it so much faster than I expected, while maintaining a respectful approach with the debtor. It's clear that C2C Resources prioritizes their clients.But that's not all. **** and her team also helped another business owner I know who was owed money by an ****** subsidiary. In that scenario, the debtor stalled for over a year and a half, refusing to acknowledge receipt of invoice, or the *** contract, or any related documents after the work was completed. In fact, they were bounced between different depts and repeatedly misled into thinking the invoice was in queue, or in progress.If you're a freelancer or small business owner dealing with a large corporate debtor, and facing similar challenges, I highly recommend C2C Resources, as they are truly the best at what they do.Review from Jackie M

Thank you for your excellent services since 2017. We know that whether we have a domestic or international customer to place, ********************** will give each one their full attention. Unlike other companies we've tried, they have brought in thousands of uncollected dollars for us. They are very good at communicating and working with special requests, and we find their rates to be very reasonable. C2C Resources is good at what they do. *********************** is always right on top of the job. Top notch customer service and collections. I've sent customers to them I was unable to reach, or uncollectable. They have recovered thousands of dollars we may not have seen otherwise. We have used other companies in the past C2C has had more results. They never ask for any money up front. They exhibit excellent core values. They have an awesome way to collect softly with a nice person that represents your brand, so you can still retain your customers, image and service. They have knowledge of debt collection regulations and abide by all. They are very customer service orientated and a pleasure to work with. This Business, C2C Resources, LLC is a very shady company. After tryinh to deal with the company that was owed for the services, they would not cooperate and discount for damaged items, they sent the account to collections with C2C. C2C, supposedly, could not process the credit card payment and insisted we do an ACH withrawal from the bank account. The owner of the business I work for was out of town, I am not an authorized signer on the account therefore I was unable to finalize the paperwork. When I explained that to *************************, he kept insisting that I type my bosses name in the space provided. I again explained that I was not an authorized signer and it would be fraud if I typed his name in the signature space. We went back and forth on this, he refused to try the credit card again, and he ended up yelling at me saying that I had just wasted his time and he was sending the matter to litigation and slammed the phone down. After speaking with the company owed, they apparently spoke with *************************, he them called me and decided to try the card again. A credit collection company that insists you commit fraud is not to be trusted. They need to be investigated.C2C Resources, LLC Response

Obviously, we were not involved in the dispute you had with the creditor. Our client advised that they had no contact regarding damaged items...only that the money was past due. Additionally, we have to do what our clients want regarding how we take payments. Sorry for the confusion but rest assured there was no fraud.Review from Steve J

We typically would use an attorney for our Corporate collections. The process took a long time with a high fee. We were introducted to C2C collection services through a buying group we are in and have been pleasantly surprised at the speed and success of their efforts. The cost of the monies they collect for us is respectful for what they do. We will no longer use an attorney for collections because we have just found the partner we needed for this service. ************C2C Resources, LLC Response
