I was charged twice on 3/31/22 and 4/2/22 by this business. Upon late arrival where they had to be taught to use GPS with an address, they informed us of the change in price. Then proceeded to charge an additional charge after the new price had been agreed upon. We found that the next day. They advertised as pet friendly yet upon arrival the owner asked for the dogs to be removed for three hours. Then when asked to leave the front door closed for heat and cat safety they told me no and aren't responsible if the animal escapes. Multiple breaks were taken by the owner because her allergies to the animals were acting up and proceeds to tell us we should have informed her we had them. I asked why I would inform a pet friendly company of my pets and she walked away rolling her eyes. After hearing the owner tell her other cleaner to stop cleaning things so thorough because our pets would just make a mess again, I was concerned for how the cleaning actually went. After asking for them to wait while we inspect and being told no, we inspected after they left. We noticed 4 months of dog and cat flea, tick and heartworm medicine was thrown out and my PlayStation 5 was completely unplugged and movies/games were moved and some missing. I called multiple times and left voicemails with no returned call. On 4/5/22 I finally got through and spoke with the owner about the issues. She called me multiple expletives and said I was a liar. She then told me I would never see my money and hung up. I want my money reimbursed for the deceptive charges and them held accountable for it. I would also like my money back for the items thrown away and stolen from my residence. This owner clearly had a problem with working on a Saturday and took it out on us and thinks her actions aren't going to be held accountable. She needs to know there is consequences for her actions and how she treats paying customers.
