I ordered a big lot of electronics items on there website of 80 items and selected 2 so should have received 160 items. I only received 2 items. The company is refusing to other a fair refund or send my full order of 160 items.. it is a looking like a scam.Business response

Good afternoon,
im sorry to inform you that you did not make this purchase with us . We dont sell electronics nor do we ever sell online . We sell mainly tools and home improvement by the pallet and truckload only . Even on our website it states we dont sell online ever , only in person in our warehouse .

I purchased pallets from the ******* location and while I was inside paying they took over **** in merchandise off my pallet .they stole from me.Business response

On 10/12/2022 ***************** came into our facility looking very sleep deprived and delusional. After purchasing 2 pallets . He hand loaded the 1 pallet he is referring to into his pickup truck by hand . The photos and videos attached . There is only four 60+ pound items on the specific pallet he is referring to . He and his friend hand loaded all 4 pieces into his pickup truck . Video proof attached . If for whatever reason there wouldve been 1 of the 4 pieces missing it would have been very very hard to not notice considering he loaded it by hand and didnt mention anything missing till that night almost 9 hours later .
we also have a very strict NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES , AND ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS POLICY that is signed by all customers when making an appointment as well as on their receipt. Photo attached below with his photo ID .Customer response

******************************* this business lies not only did they charge me for merchandise I didn't receive. They merchandise I did get the boxes was empty or missing the main tool.these guys are good at what they do .and they are good at lieing.i have photo copies of my proof that I am saving for court.
