      Never use them for any event you actually care about. Worst company ever. If you actually want a good experience, go to the bus company directly. Words cannot even begin to describe how little they actually care. If you actually want a good experience, go to the bus company directly.

      We booked a charter 8 months in advance only to be told 5 days before our trip that the charter could not be provided. We were offered an alternative charter at 140% of the cost and given an hour to decide. With no other options, we were forced to pay the additional cost and we are a school group! I would not recommend charter up to anyone.

      Won't work with them ever again. **** us one price, later said unforeseen circumstances caused them to cancel this. Next had another bus provider at an additional $2000.00 plus. Everything about working with them was a pain in the A%S. If i could have I'd give them a negative rating.

      Chartered with this company for a HS practice that was supposed to be up on the mountain, our destination closed at the last minute due to weather. This company was unwilling to work with us even though it is stated in the contract that they will refund if weather related. Nope, total loss.......kids worked hard for this and were disappointed. We were hoping to use that money to make up the practice over the weekend as we have done with other charters. Not this one! This company could care less, they took our money and ran to the bank as fast as they could. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! They could care less about the customer, only their policies that they hide deep inside their contract.

      One star is one too many! They happily accept payment & then leave you for dead when you need them! For hours they said they were on their way. Never came back for us! Wedding reception was ruined. Never provided service contracted for!

      This company deserves 0 stars!!!! One star is 1 star to many. I reserved a bus to go to *************, pick the clients up, take to hotel and then another drop off and pick up and the next day a drop off/pick up downtown, then taken home near day. The bus driver drove 90 minutes to try to take my clients 1 MILE, YES 1 MILE, to then say he had to leave. I said wait your suppose to be here all night and tomorrow. I went to cancel the job they had for next day (mind you I booked it MERELY 3-4 hours prior THAT DAY) they would not allow me to cancel even after they goofed up the itinerary and saying the $3300 was non refundable. Do you notice they haven't tried to make ONE BBB complaint right, like most companies do. That says it all! Run from this company. Read the BBB complaints. They do not care they screwed up, and dissatisfied a company, they care about short term profits, more then customer satisfaction. Management does nothing to help either! D+ BBB Rating says it all.

      HORRIBLE!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. We booked 2 buses for our son's wedding 8 months in advance to transport all the guests from the hotel to the venue. They never showed up and after being put on hold several times we were told after 40 minutes that "we might be able to get a bus in about an hour". We had to scramble last minute to get a dozens of Ubers. This caused myself and 90 guests to be 30 minutes late for my own son's wedding!!!! No return phone call, no apology letter. Just an email 5 days later "for any inconveniences it might have caused".

      DO NOT ** THIS COMPANY!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! We did a ******* tour with our family for a reunion. The ** did not work in the back of the bus, the horn didn't work, and the bus microphone didn't work. We couldn't communicate effectively with our family during the tour. CharterUP did nothing to compensate for these issues. Don't waste your time and money.

      The worst charter bus experience ever! I reserved a bus almost a year prior to my event. We were told all of these amities that was on the bus and services that were were going to have. The bus came the day if the event. It was filthy on the outside. The inside was disgusting ??. The seats were not leather like promised. The bus smelled like a potter potty. The bathroom was smelly, filthy, disgusting, horrifying etc I have pictures. The bus did not have wifi or tv liked promised. It was the old TVs that you use a vcr to use. The graphics was horrible it was the same Rambo movie being played all the time for the 6-7 hour drive. On our way back to our original location it was raining and the bus begun to leak from the ceiling from the rain. When I requested for a reimbursement or compensation I was only refunded $250 out of the $7000 I paid for the full contract. Totally disappointed and frustrated with this company. I will never use them again. They make false promises and false advertisements.
