      I had a title loan on my car for $9,000, and reached out to 1800 new deal. They were able to take over the title ****, and I was grateful for that.. I fell behind on bills due to barely working and got sick. I was trying to work with them in catching up on 2 payments fell behind on and had reached agreement. They repoed my vehicle anyways and didn't let me know anything please stay away from this company unless it your last resort. I had to file bankruptcy to get my vehicle back and it took almost two weeks. I do regret even doing business with this company learned my *******

      These people are terrible, no respect for anyone. I requested an extension, was told yes I could do this but would need manager approval. I needed an extension because the transmission went out again. After getting a new transmission for the make and model of the car, IT DID NOT FIT! The engine in the car is a year older then the actual car???? These people call 2, 3 times a day!

Her account is past due for 7/15/22 and yes, we do try to reach our delinquent customers at various times during the day. If she would please call us, we will be glad to try to assist. The last conversation we had was on 8/12 with her son, and a promise was made to pay for that day but it not kept.2. It appears that the last time we spoke to ************ was on 4/15/22. The limited number of conversations we have had with anyone has been her son, who is not on the contract but she did give us permission to speak to him.3. We have granted ************ three extensions in the past.We ask that she please communicate with us so we can try to work through any issues.Regards,Automobile Acceptance

      This is the worst company to do business with. If you can please DO NOT accept a loan through them. If you are one day late they call you day and night even at work. I had a payment that wasn't even a week late and they told me that because my due date is at the end of the month they can not help me and that I was most likely be up for repossession because of it. Not even a week late. That is unheard of. The customer service is beyond rude. You get some loud angry woman who sounded as if she didn't want to be at work any way attitude out of the gate. She put her manager on **** something and he was just as nasty and rude. If you want a full blow, NASTY customer service experience and no help by all means deal with them. If you want a professional experience, they are not the ones for you. I am working to trade my car in, anything to get away from this company. Please RUN!

      On 6/28/2022 I called automobile to obtain a payoff quote which was given as ****** a check in the amount of ****** was sent to automobile acceptance received according to tracking on July 15th but they did not proceed with payment until 7/18 on this date they contacted my payoff company about the amount being short $229. I said thats absolutely not true and I obtained a payoff and have an account statement that shows otherwise. They stated they never gave a payoff which is not true how would I get the amount out of thin air. They gave me that payoff and then tried to claim they did not and will not release my info to my new finance company because they say I owe $229 and I know for a fact I spoke with them multiple times during this process yet the one conversation they dont have according to them is my payoff. I know they are just trying to get extra money I can tell by the attitude when I call and they have not been understanding or anything about the time it takes to refinance and since they dontoffer refinance it was my only option to go with someone else. Do not do business with this company they will do anything they can to get an extra $ including lie about conversations had. Ive never in all my years seen a company so openly scam someone myself being a hard working mother of 3 that works in healthcare and barely makes ends meet. This is so foul and dirty I regret ever using this company If I could go back I would and never have even got the car if this was my only finance option I would of walked away. Please record any conversation you have with them I am also owed a refund for my warranty which Ill never see.

      We thank ************** for her comments and please find our response below.1. ************** contacted our office on 6/28/22 and informed us she had refinanced her loan and everything was finalized on Friday, 6/24/22. She did not ask for a payoff at this time and nor was one requested anytime in the past. It is customary for the new lender to call for a payoff but they did not do such.2. The $24,601 she references was the principal loan balance, not the payoff.3. We held the account until 7/5 waiting for the check but it was never received. We made nine attempts to reach her and was finally successful on 7/12. We informed her the check had not been received. She stated she would inquire and call us back. We did not receive a call and a check was finally received on 7/18 for $24,796.60, leaving a shortage of $229.07 which she paid that day.4. As to the warranty, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the mechanical service company to cancel such and receive any refund.If you need further information, please advise.Regards,Automobile Acceptance Corporation.
