    Out of Business:
Complaints sent to this firm have been returned by the post office and their website is no longer valid. When dialing their telephone number, you get a message that only says "goodbye." Consumers should always use extreme caution when dealing with unknown firms wanting an upfront fee for their services.

    Additional business information

    Additional Info:
The BBB advises consumers who are in need of extra cash to thoroughly investigate all advertised offers of "easy credit" or "easy loans" from unfamiliar loan brokers, particularly those originating out-of-state or out-of-country.

You need to ask yourself, why is this company, which I have never heard of, and which does not know me, willing to give me a loan?" BBB experience indicates that the following are signs of advance fee loan fraud:

*Pressure to act immediately. Advance fee loan schemers will try to get you to send money or give out personal information (credit card number, bank account information and Social Security number) before you get any paperwork. Insist on receiving the necessary paperwork before deciding whether to apply for credit.

*Will not provide location information. If the loan broker hesitates to tell you their physical location, beware that this is a common ploy to avoid law enforcement detection. Refuse to do business with the broker until you have their physical address or location and can check them out with the BBB. There are BBBs throughout the U.S. and Canada.

*Questionable connections to established financial institutions. Many of these schemers are merely telephone sales operations, so no connection will exist to an established financial institution. Ask which lenders the "loan broker" deals with, and ask for the physical address of the lender. Then contact the BBB in that city to request information on the lender.
Consumers should keep the following points in mind before responding to ads that promise easy credit, regardless of your credit history:

*Legitimate lenders never "guarantee" or say that you are likely to get a loan before you apply, especially if you have bad credit, no credit or a history of bankruptcy.

*If you apply for a real estate loan, it is accepted and common practice for lenders to request payment for a credit report or appraisal. However, legitimate lenders never ask you to pay for processing your application.

*Never give your credit card account number, bank account information or Social Security number over the telephone or Internet unless you are familiar with the company and know why the information is necessary.

*If you do not have the offer in hand - or confirmed in writing - and you are asked to pay, do not do it. It is fraud and it is against the law.

If you think you have been a victim of an advance fee loan, contact your Better Business Bureau, your local consumer protection agency or state Attorney General

This is regarding parental leave that was submitted initially in January of 2024. My due date was in July 2024. I gave birth 7/8/2024. I called Lincoln financial group on 7/9/2024 to advise I had given birth as instructed. My claims rep was out so I spoke with another representative who advised they updated my file. I emailed on 7/18/2024 to confirm everything was in order and did not receive a response. I called and spoke with my claim rep on 7/23/2024 who made it seem like nothing was updated until that day. Not sure why it delayed the process from 7/9 to 7/23. Now my employee advised the claim is still pending and I cannot be paid until it is approved. I contacted my claim rep and left a message on 7/25 and no response since. Even if the claim is approved I now need to wait another two weeks per my employer due to Lincoln financial groups delay.

I was put out on temporary disability through my employer. I filed my claim with Lincoln and was told that it would be approved in a week. It took almost 6 weeks for them to process my claim. It was then processed and sent out direct deposit. When it did not arrive on time I called my claims representative ************************* to let her know I hadn't received it. I called her every day for over a week until I had to reach out to my company and have them call to finally receive a response from her. She then told me on a Friday that she would call me back at 12:00 p.m. to let me know what to do going forward. It is now going on Tuesday and I still have no answers. I have been told by her numerous times that she would call me back at 12:00 p.m. in which she never does. She then sends me an email tonight at 9:45 p.m. saying that there still hasn't been a resolution and that they should be in touch soon. This is now the fourth deposit that was sent out that I have not received and the account number that she claims the money was put into was referenced by the bank and said that they have not received any deposits at all in my name or from that company and it definitely did not go into the account that she claims. (Which is not my account) I had entered my account number and routing number two times so that they had the right information and it is also carried over from my work account that was also direct deposit. I do not understand how a substantial amount of money like this goes missing and no one has any answer as to where it is or what happened after all this time? Needless to say I was put out due to a heart condition and this is not helping my situation at all. I do not recommend using this company in any way
