      They have a guy by the name of *********************** who constantly emails and calls even after being asked to stop. It has gotten to the point of harassing emails and quotes such as, You begged to be on and so unsubscribe if you want me to stop. *** asked countless times for them to cease contact and yet I receive emails and calls daily. These employees are very unprofessional and Condescending

Would you mind sharing with us the name of your company or the phone number that received the calls to. This way the only time we would contact you is if you contacted us first.

      They mislead me under false pretenses when I sign up. They told me that I would not be billed unless I used the "leads", not once was I told that if the lead came through to my device that I was getting charged. They signed me up with 300$ and assumed my credit was still good due to me not using the leads. I called and ask how to pause the leads not thinking for one sec they were charged me. I just got tired of seeing everything come through to my phone. In the pics you can see the leads they dumped on me, not one was ever clicked on or used. Then they told me they could not tell if I click on it or not. They stated they did an internal investigation on my phone calls which I know is Not accurate, because they did them internally. We need an external source to investigate them. There is many, many, many other reports about being misled by networks. They stated I signed the agreement lol. Under cross examining, we will get the answers out of them that everyone is looking for. My first step is going to be a complaint, The second will be a certified letter from my attorney. If it's not resolved, we are going to court.They are gonna earn my money instead of just taking it from me. They failed to put reviews on their site. Because they know they are bad reviews. Instead, they have paid reviews or reviews that were used by contractors who they work with. But they are not valid reviews. Because you cannot find 1 bad 1 and trust me. They are all bad. They will mislead you and continue billing you without making it right. They have all this software to **** down clicks and people searching for services, but yet they somehow cannot see if I use a lead. They rocked my account!!! They think they are going to sit here and scam people and not make it right because some fine print. They charged me 750$ for a lead that was not used. Not me, I work to hard for my money

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. In the meantime it would be best to explain when the leads are sent to a device they are still counted as a (charge lead) and do not roll over as I was told if not used. Assuming I would have to click on the lead like most lead services. If my money is returned in full I will happily except. Not one lead was ever used in anyform by myself or my workers. I appreciate the follup

      This place is a scam they never send you leads that go to what you signed up for and when you try to cancel the account the customer service people say things like well you did get one job from us that covered what you paid, they talk over you and try and treat you like they are the owner of the company. At one point the customer service guy says after me telling him 7 times to close the account and send the remaining money back well I guess I could cause I don't want you to bust a blood vessels but since tou owed us 86 dollars from 2018 ******** think your bills need to be paid but never told us how the bill was even owed so when we never gave them permission to take the 86 dollars that was supposed to have owed and cancel the account this guys says how stupid we were that something so stupid of us owing a bill was gonna stop us from making more money. This was not the first tome for rude disgusting people that work there talk to you.when had a balance of ***** now all of a sudden we owed ***** what a scam do not go through these people if you want to keep your sanity!

      It's unfortunate to hear this kind of feedback from any customer. It sounds like you feel that the partnership, however short, was done so without good faith on the part of Networx. This is concerning because without our customers ********************** would not exists. With that said we certainly don't intentionally try to lose business. Our team offered various solutions to address your concerns but you remained very firm with your decision. Therefore, per your request, we closed your account. Regarding the $86.00 balance in question. This was related to an unpaid balance for leads received on a previous plan that was never settled. We understand we will not be able to earn everyone's business all the time, however we do attempt to. In this case it seems that this was not an option you were open to unfortunately.

      On Friday, April 26th, I used the Networx website to go through a questionnaire from a button that promised an estimated price on a kitchen remodel "in minutes". Instead of a ballpark estimate of any dollar amount, my information was blasted out to an unknown amount of people. I then received around 100 phone calls over the next 3 days and they would not stop. My "dashboard" on their website showed that I had been connected to 3 "pros" while I continued to receive non-stop calls from "pros". My information is being used in a very predatory way while the messaging on their website was extremely misleading.

A member of our team reached out on 5/1/24 to assist and request the 3 local companies you were matched with to no longer contact you. We do not see any additional requests for kitchen remodeling quotes in our system that match the contact information you provided. Is it possible you submitted information elsewhere online? Nonetheless, we want to help to the best of our ability. We will reach out to the 3 companies who received your information once again and inform them you are no longer interested in a quote.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I definitely did not submit my information anywhere else. The representative from your company who reached out was unhelpful because they stated that your company actually just forwards my information to a third party and that the third party has a good reputation. The only explanation is that your company or the third party distributed my information out widespread and nobody is taking responsibility for that. Furthermore, *** received plenty of communication from 2 of the matches (I just received a text message from one of them while typing this in fact) and the third never contacted me at all to my knowledge. This goes to show me that your company has either 1. Incomplete information and/or 2. No control over how my information is used.

      I truly believe people should take serious caution if using this company to source remodeling quotes.

      Chancery and ***** both told myself and my business partner that if a lead was unable to be reached to schedule an appointment, we would be issued a credit for the lead. When we submitted all documents, Networx refused to issue credits and then denied making the statement.

      Very disappointed in this company. They send you leads who dont answer or are fake, as in if they answer, they say they never requested info. The company takes forever to provide credit then usually doesnt. Very disappointed and would like a refund for being mislead

      I have never requested anything from this company or ever been to their website to research quotes for anything, but several weeks ago I was contacted by several contractors wanting to provide a bid on "my projects". Now I'm getting text messages them directly to confirm work I never requested and on a date that has passed. This is a SCAM!

Per our records it appears your information was submitted on one of our partner sites regarding an estimate for roofing work in the Saint **** area.       Networx has terrible reviews, lets start there. Im grateful to everyone who took the time to leave a review here on the BBB for potential customers to review. You guys saved me. Networx has called me multiple times to discuss marketing my small business, and every time Ive turned them down. Today I received a call from them again, and at first needed to jog my memory. The guy on the phone said we hadnt talked about the details before, I get A LOT of these spam calls, so I looked it up. As soon as I looked it up it all came back to me so I politely asked to be placed on their Do Not Call List. This guy informed me that they dont have anything like that, and acted like I was crazy to request it. So I said Just dont call me again then. He proceeded to say that Your number is on the internet, and I call people for 8 months. Thats a good lead. Plus plenty of other stuff. I got upset Im not going to lie, the dude was super rude, and knew what he was doing to destabilize the conversation. I would Never, and I mean NEVER, work with a company who treats people the way these guys do. The nagging, and the disrespect, and the trying to gaslight/shame you into buying their services. Any company that needs to resort to those types of tactics isnt one I ever plan to use. Beyond that I plan to tell everyone I know in the trades to run from these guys. Especially because they are rated soooooo poorly on the BBB. Its pretty clear that their ****** reviews do not reflect the true nature of the company.

If this in deed occur, we apologize. It's unfortunate to read the feedback in this complaint considering there are much larger companies in this space who are not only un-registered with the BBB but also have many more complaints. We aim to improve our product and experience for customers on a constant basis and understand that through this process there will be instances where we are simply unable to make a customer happy.       Thank you for clarifying. We understand that account is no longer open. However, it is only possible to refund to the initial card used for payment. Please see the attached screenshots. We do suggest contacting your credit or debit card issuer and they should be able to credit these funds to your active card. Networx is not a financial institution and therefore are limited on how we may process refunds. However, your card issuer has the ability to do this on their end. All the best.

      Networx totally ripped me off. They did not do what they said they would do. They did not place me in the coverage area that I wanted to have, after talking to them more than once about this. The leads were not what I thought we had agreed on and all they did was send me leads that I could not get ahold of the client. I thought their leads were confirmed withthe customer and then sent to me.. WRONG I could only get in contact with three of them out of about 12, and 2 of those didnot want the work done and I did win one job Not good enough for a $1350 plus investment. And that job was only for 10k. When I went to drop them, twice , the said they would not refund my money, but would provide me additional leadsl which I did not agree with. After arguing with two of their peopleto the point of yelling at them, and them doing the same,I just had to conceed that I got screwed.Upon further review, none of my investment has been sent back to me yet. Their people are pushy and when down right rude, except for one probably supervisor. Not happy with them and would not recommend themj

Its great to hear about the job you did close and we appreciate you mentioning this. Its not often customers include this information when posting this type of feedback. Additionally, per your account history we see that your account was active from 11/8/23 to 12/21/23 and then again between 2/23/24 and 3/27/24. When the account was deactivated on 12/21/23 we issued you a refund of the remaining $500 in your balance. Therefore, your investment to date totals $700. We hope you were able to see a ROI from the job you closed. More importantly, we see that of the 10 leads you received only one was reported for credit, and we have since credited that lead back to your account balance. If there are additional leads you feel did not meet our quality standards we are happy to review them for you.
