I placed a phone order with this company on June 28th, 2022 for a round cookie cake. Online the price is listed as *****. On the phone I was given the price of *****. I checked my bank statement the day I called to place the order and was charged the ***** amount I was told on the phone. I never received a receipt or an email confirmation. I checked my bank account two days after I was charged and suddenly they charged me for ***** for ONE round cookie cake (priced online at ***** mind you). They must have added a tip or over charged me twice. I emailed customer service twice and they stated they could not help me. I went up to the business in person and they stated they could not help because the manager was gone. This business is a scam. They have done something wrong to me now TWICE. The first incident they would not refund me for a cake they completely got wrong, only gave me a different cake. I have screenshots and pictures and proof.
