On January 2nd, 2022, I placed an order for 100 custom boxes with this company. Order #BB21457. I received the order on 01/11/2022; I took the order directly from the ***** delivery driver. I immediately noticed that one bundle of 25 was not wrapped completely and there was extensive water damage to all of them, rendering them unusable. I sent an email with a picture to Brandable Box (now doing business as ***** Box) within 30 minutes of receiving the boxes. The following day, when I hadn't received a response, I sent another email. The company responded, but only by asking me for more pictures for their "claim". They did not advise how or if they intended on resolving my issue. I'm out 25 boxes, the money I paid for them, and the shipping cost. In response to their request, I sent them multiple pictures that same day, 01/12/2022. As of 01/14/2022, I had not heard from them so I sent another email expressing concern over their lack of customer service. As of today, 01/19/2022, I have not heard back from this company. Please note, they have no phone number located on their website and your site is the first I've seen a number. I have not received a refund for the 25 boxes and shipping nor have I been told that they will reprint the boxes and reship. No type of resolution has been offered by this company. The total I paid for 100 boxes was $310.97. The boxes themselves were $249.44; Shipping $51.75; and tax $9.78. I would like this company to replace the *************************************** the $51.75 shipping charge as they are clearly making a claim with ***** and will be recuperating that cost anyway. If the company doesn't agree to the aforementioned solution, I would like a refund in the amount of $114.11. This covers the cost of 25 boxes at $2.4944 per box and the cost of shipping, $51.75.Initial Complaint

I ordered some custom gift boxes from this company to use as Christmas gift boxes for my business. On the confirmation page when ordering it lets me know that when the order is filled and shipped I will receive an email with the tracking information. Well I month goes by with nothing. The next communication I got from the company was an email asking how Im enjoying the box. I reply stating I still have not received the box. The company was swift with responding and sending a screenshot of tracking confirmation saying the package was left at the front door. I explained that it is a business with a downtown storefront so if it was actually left at the front door it was most likely stolen. They responded saying they dont cover theft of packages at which point I said I would like to file a complaint with the shipper so could I get the tracking information so I could do that OR if they could file that complaint for me. Once I asked for that information or for that to be done all communication ceased. I have not heard from the company for two weeks going on 3 weeks now. I have emailed and sent multiple messages on social media and they all have been ignored. All I am wanting is to be able to file a complaint with the shipper to get this resolved but this company is ignoring all of my requests and essentially making sure I never receive my product.
