ON 12-03-2022 I REQUESTED MY CREDIT REPORT FROM WWW.ANNAULCREDITREPORT.COM, WHICH ON A 7DAY FREE TRIAL I ALSO REQUESTED A COPY OF MY REPORT WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED. ON 12-07-2-22 I WENT BACK ON WEB PAGE TO CANCEL BUT THERE IS NO WHERE FOR YOU TO DO THAT, I CALL THE NUMBER ON THERE SITE BUT YOU GET An AUTOMATED RECORDING AND IT SAYS NOTHING ABOUT IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRPTION.ON 12-14-2022 I WAS CHARGED $16.23 FOR A MONTH SUBSCRPTION AFER DOING A LITTLE RESEACH I FIND A NUMBER TO A COMPANY NAME CENTRAL SOURCE LLE WHICH IS A THRID PARTY TO ******* CREDIT REPORT THEY ARE NOT THE ACTUAL CREDIT REPORT SERVICE. AFTER SPEAKING TO A LADY NAME ******** AND REQUEST A REFUND AND CANCEL, SHE SAID THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY THAT WOULD TAKE 3-5 BUSINESS DAY.Initial Complaint

I am unable to get my credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and Transunion. For the last four months I have been trying and no resolve, I keep getting an error message. I have called all three companies, I have filed CFPB complaints and still no resolve. Why are these companies making it so difficult to get a copy of my credit report, a service that should be free to consumers and not so hassling.Initial Complaint

Date of Collection Reported on my account: 01/20/2020 ***************** Name: ******************** On 01/20/2020, ******************* added a derogatory on my credit report. Upon, further research and reaching out to **************** (the original lender) to try and resolve the derogatory **** listed on myFICO, they informed me that the account was transferred/sold and I am no longer responsible for the account. In 2020, I received hundreds of calls throughout the year, as ******************** continued to harass and call my phone several times a day, day after day, month after month. They informed me if the bill was not paid they would remove it from my bank accounts. I spoke to a consultant and even though they could not prove the debt was mine they insisted that the debt needed to be collected on behalf of the original lender who informed me I was no longer responsible as the debt was purchased by a third party. They suddenly stopped calling me at the end of ************************************************************************************************************* up to date payments and there was no formal agreement stating the debt belongs to me. ******************** has failed to provide me with proof of payments, balance proof, copy of any payment agreement they claim I made, and failed to provide me with proof regarding statue of limitations. ******'s did not verify this collection as there was NO written form of communication, contract, or signature for this accused debt from the start. A bill without a signature does not validate the debt and nobody can send a bill and say it belongs to me.Initial Complaint

I have attempted to get my annual credit reports for the last 3 and a half months. This business WiLL NOT send them toe not will they givee an explanation. I have attempted to do this online and they refuse to honor my request stating that they can't confirm my identity. I am in a "Safe at Home" program through the Mo. Sec. of ************** so that I don't get murdered by my perpetrator, who by the way has access toy credit history because he paid off a judge through his attorney. I know, things like that don't happen. Ok and all priests can be trusted around little boys. The point is I have a right to be safe AND I have a right toy credit reports. I am hoping you can assist me because I'm fighting a ****** dolr student loan debt that has been 90 percent paid and an ****** fraudulent child support debt created by, yes, that same bought judge. I received a letter from CNA ************** in *********, **, stating they were the target of a sophisticated ransomware attack. In their letter to me it was suggested that I contact the 3 credit reporting agencies by calling ************** to obtain my freed credit report. The problem is that I have called ************** Feb, 2022 and provided all of my personal info such as name, addr, ss#, DOB to the automated system. The recording states that I was to receive a free copy in less than a month. It is June 9, 2022 and I have not received a free copy. Can we find out what happened? Are their other complaints? I requested my annual credit report. Both transunion and experian went through without a problem. When it came time to view my equifax report no report populated and I received an error report on my screen. When I attempted to submit the form again for my free equifax report it said that I had already received my report which is entirely inaccurate.Initial Complaint

I went online to purchase my credit reports from all 3 bureau's, I was able to attempt to order my TransUnion but it kept saying that my address was a previous address and it asked if it was correct and confirm but no where did it say to correct, because if I order it at an old address this is where the credit report will be sent. So , I prefer to call and speak with someone but the automated system did not recognize my apartment # so again it could possibly go to a wrong address. That is a direct security violation. Also I did not get to order my reports from TransUnion and Experian.Initial Complaint

When I go to Annualcreditreport.com submit to EQUIFAX all info. and go to question page and answer ALL CREDIT RELATED QUESTIONS CORRECTLY, I get a message: "Based on the information provided, we are unable to verify your identity" In same web page EQUIFAX wants many kinds of copies of Social Security Card, Pay stub with SS#(My last pay stub was in ****, been self employed since, now retired), W-2 form same as pay check stub. Next, EQUIFAX wants many other docs. to confirm my address. All this trouble is online. BUT! When I call EQUIFAX and some EQUIFAX call center Phillipino does ID check on me: NO PROBLEM!!! I can get credit report. I did credit for many years long ago. I guarantee that EQUIFAX HAS SCREWED UP ID info., etc. in my credit file!!AGAIN!!! Equifax needs to send me complete all data they have on me and I can find errors soon. I'm NOT THE PROBLEM!! ************ processing and/or people who submit data/info. about me IS ABSOLUTELY INCORRECT!!! Also, some of the credit related questions about some account or credit card opened about 2019 at Citi are very difficult. Who remembers year an account was opened when 5 accounts were opened with same bank in same year!!!??? Questions are TOO GENERAL, easy to forget after several years and are NOT IMPORTANT AT ALL IN USUAL DAILY LIFE! ANGRY!!! I'm sure several corrections need to be made to EQUIFAX files about me.
