My health insurance comes out of my checking account. I was informed by the bank when I opened my account I had overdraft protection. So my insurance decided to take out of my checking account on February 16th after I've had some issues with my van and it broke down so I didn't have but $4 in my checking account. So when my insurance came out my bank charged me five overdraft fees. When I called the bank and asked about my overdraft protection they said that only works if I have money in my savings account which I was never informed on that. So now my insurance has been canceled and I've been charged $158 in overdraft fees. I've called the bank who said they was going to give me my money back and they still haven't. I've had nothing but problems with this Bank since I opened the account and I plan on going Friday to close it. I need my medicine and because my insurance was dropped I can't afford to get it now. How can you tell your patrons you have overdraft protection when it only works if you have money in your savings that is totally wrong. My health insurance has not been canceled because you rejected it and bounced it and charged me five different fees which was way overboard.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:. My insurance was canceled because of them so I want my $160 overdraft they took out. I hope I don't have to go to the hospital between now and December for open enrollment because they will have a lawsuit.

I ordered a TV and surround sound and received armbands. I contacted my bank and just got a letter from them saying they denied the dispute. I got scammed and my bank's not giving me my money back.Business response
