Hello my husband been with his job 22 yrs an he was with credit union of Atlanta on ***************** till his passing an he passed away on may 30, 22 an I was informed that he left me as a beneficiary on his pension an I was told by the bank that my name was on there an several months passed an I went to get a update so I went to the bank again I spoke with the Branch manager ********************* am *************** an now they tell me tht I can't get inheritance because my husband didn't sign the bottom of paperwork all these years an I couldn't get a copy of paperwork an they said they was seen it to state but before my ex an passing he brought a house so he saw ha paperwork several times so now they will not give me inheritance are paperwork an he been with them many years so now he didn't sign I want to know is there I can do thanks cantaniusReview from Ann J

Based on the contract I signed for a Holiday loan on Dec 3, 2021 bi-weekly . Received payout on Dec. 20th, 2021. 1st payment of $$ was deducted from my account on Jan. 20th, 2022. Then Feb 3, 2022, then waited til Feb. 23rd and 24th to deduct again. The bank person was on schedule for March's payments. But in May, instead of the 12th when the payment was supposed to have been deducted, the bank waited until the 16th to deduct the payment. My issue with this bank from my viewpoint is that they can take money from your account whenever the mood compels them and according to the scheduled paperwork to pay their bills and unconcerned if the member has pending deductions counted? With CUA representatives' unethical practices, this culture subjects their members to over the top bank overdrawn bank fees keeping their members indebted to this dark repetitive slave business system of it's owing cycle.

Please be advised that we are in receipt of the review from our member ************** #******. The department manager has been in contact with the member and provided her with the information on the signed preapproval letter which clearly states the bi-weekly payment frequency for the loan in question.
